Found wine I had been looking for …

Found wine I had been looking for awhile. Good pricing. Overnight shipping ended up being 3 days but tha was FedEx problem. Got refund of shipping charges.

The Fedex shipment never …

The Fedex shipment never arrived.!!!!!!!!!!! Change your carriers. and please give me a refund on the two cases of wine,

Mr. Sarto,

I personally reviewed your order and Fedex shows they attempted to deliver your package 3 times. Since the product requires an adult signature by law since it contains alcohol they must deliver it in person to someone over 21. I am sorry that you had difficulties with Fedex, but this would be the same situation with any carrier since they all are required by law to obtain a signature from someone over 21. If there is anything else I can do to assist you with this further please let me know.

Only minor complaints--had to revise order since one of my selections turned out to be sold out and no email notification regarding shipping and tracking number. Otherwise, order was received relatively quickly and securely.

I am sorry for the issues you had with placing an order. Unfortunately we do run out of some of the wines. As far as the shipping notification I was wondering if I could get a little more information from you on this. Our system is set up to send out emails that indicate the progress of your order throughout our process including one that gives you the fedex tracking. I went back to your order and can see that the system sent these out, I would like to try and figure out why they did not get to you. Just to let you know of a new feature when you place your next order. We now have sms text messages that will be sent with updates on tracking. You will just need to make sure a mobile number is in your profile online or use your mobile number when checking out. We hope this will alleviate some of the issue with emails not getting through.

I needed a special Burbon for a friend …

I needed a special Burbon for a friend who unexpectedly was going to spend with me. I ordered the bottle of Blanton's unfiltered at 2:50
PM on Monday and got it at 11AM on Tuesday. The price and service could not have been better!
