Can I just say sanza is an excellent company with a variety of Aussie foods I have ordered from them so many times no errors except for one when a Aussie Milo was ordered and a nz one turned up but that was rectified and fixed by sending me the Aussie one but genuinely good support and fair prices thank you I think you probably recognise me by the times I order lol

Sanza’s customer service is fabulous. They accidentally sent the wrong item. One email and only one date later, the correct item arrived.

Good products, super super quick delivery, was only expecting delivery on Monday, as I ordered on Friday…received this morning…super happy with your service

I have visited Australia on a few occasions and fallen in love with a few things that are only available in Australia. After months of searching I found this site & it is now my favourite Aussie treats go to place. Items are very reasonably priced. Date on some things aren’t very long (biscuits BBF date 15 November) but they won’t even last till next week. Plus short life items are reduced. Delivery is not extortionate and quick. Literally the best and only place to get your Aussie snacks!! The best prices and variety, I placed an order on Friday and got it on the Saturday, my crisps are never broken and always packaged so well, brilliant!!

Absolutely amazing, had to change my order and not only did it not affect delivery time they answered emails very quickly and were extremely helpful. Would recommend to anyone! Very efficient and friendly :)

Received my order however this time, the Pinky bars were squashed and the caramel leaked out onto the packaging. Emailed to feedback and received no response. Disappointing as previous orders have been spot on.

We ordered a large number of items for a special event and left plenty of time for delivery. We were not aware the delivery required a signature and to be handed to a person, without giving a specific time (range of time only). This was a huge issue as we work full time, as do our neighbours. Multiple emails did not bring any resolution snd the items arrived after the event and many of the biscuits were broken.

I would not order again as it was a huge disappointment and a major hassle dealing with the delivery. Plus broken Tim Tams are not that nice!

There was no option to collect the item from a delivery point or leave without a signature/ handing to a person.

Do not be put off by the website these guys are better than Tesco! I needed a couple of bottles of Bundaberg Rum as a thank gift for an Aussie mate and couldn't find stock of it anywhere. Stumbled across these guys yesterday doing a Google search and was slightly hesitant about putting an order in but I really didn't need to be. Absolutely to their credit two perfectly packaged bottles rock up at my door in less than 24hrs. If you want to complain about something, yes they are a little on the pricy side but by no means a rip off, given you can't buy this rum in the UK. All in all, a great place to buy a hard to get product.

I've been a loyal customer of Sanza for years! It's mine and my mum's favourite place to shop for our beloved cherry ripes double dipped!!! 😍🤤 I also like my burger rings, cadbury's dream white chocolate, Whittakers peanut slab, as well as many other Australian and New Zealand snacks that are available through their website. Shopping on the website is an enjoyable and user friendly experience. Not all online shops that sell perishable goods, have the Best Before Dates listed for their products, but Sanza include this information in their description. There have been occasions when this information has been missing from a listing, although you can just email them and they'll get back to you swiftly with the information that you require. Another major positive is that shipping and delivery is super fast! If you order on a working day during their workings hours, your parcel should be dispatched the same day. If the following day after dispatch is also a working day, you should receive your parcel on that day/next day after shipping. I really like the fact that my parcels are fully tracked so I know exactly when to expect it to arrive! It even shows me (on DHL tracking) which stop the driver is at so I know how many stops are left until mine. I find this feature incredibly useful! Although, I'm not sure if next day delivery via DHL and full tracking only applies to orders over £50, so make sure you check the shipping information before you place your order! Anyway, to wrap things up, I've kept coming back to these guys over the years because they've got a wide variety of snacks to choose from, their customer service is professional and helpful, their prices are competitive, and shipping/delivery is an absolute dream! I highly recommend Sanza! 😊

Edit - I forgot to mention that one of the snacks I received tasted stale, although it was in date. Sanza responded quickly and were very apologetic. They sent out a replacement and I received it the following day. If that's not incredible customer service then I don't know what is!

This was my first order placed and I was very pleased with the service. My order arrived extremely quickly and well packaged. The items are lovely. I have just discovered Whittakers chocolate and think that I may become addicted 🥰 Thank you very much for the great service!
