Terrible customer journey.

I ordered 5x t-shirts, which took close to two weeks to arrive. The sizing wasn’t as described on their website, so I asked for an exchange, which was declined. The only option given was to send them back for a return. I followed every instruction exactly, sending my package back in August 2025. This package was unable to be delivered, and took until December 2025 to see this through Royal Mail tracking.

Attempting to talk to Santo’s customer service team is impossible. I don’t believe they are real people - every response seems to be a stock response through some kind of AI bot. I’ve gone round in circles with this, to no avail.

To avoid any complications, do not order from Santo.

Avoid!!! This is another scam Chinese company (despite advertising under a UAE address) charging designer prices for Temu quality. Ordered trainers that are too small and having a nightmare trying to obtain a refund.

28 days still waiting. No reply from phone messages or emails. Very poor

Fuxing terrible! Been waiting almost 3 weeks for my order and i can’t even track it. No support to get either and they keep ghosting my email complaints. Do yourself a favor and dont order…

Took 30 days too arrive and didn’t get any help from support. One of the items was wrong. It was a very stressful experience, was expecting better from the reviews.

I waited along time for the item to come from China. I was sent the wrong size and am having trouble getting the correct size sent to me. I am expected to pay to shipping back to China and then wait for a new size to arrive. This could take months. Very disappointed ☹️

I've been very happy with this company. They responded quickly and efficiently when I asked about shipping and delivery and my order arrived well before the expected date. They quality of the hoodie is excellent and it's unique. My son loves it. I would shop here again if I didn't need the item quickly. Thanks Santo!

I ordered the first time, then it came in 30 days, and when I ordered the second time it didn't even come and they sent me a gift card because of it. But I couldn't even order this to my country for some reason the second time. And then I saw on Aliexpress the same things cheaper with the same quality.

Everything is fake, I ordered a jacket 3 weeks ago and it is still not there, although it said it takes 3 - 5 days. It probably won't arrive at all, do yourself a favor and don't order there.

I placed an order for two items (tee shire and hoodie) as a birthday gift for my son - paid with my credit card - I received my delivery yesterday, only 1 of the items has been sent - the Hoodie, the most expensive of items has been left out of my order - I emailed them straight away - to inform them - they haven't replied -I tried to speak to Molly the bot on their website - they didn't respond - I messaged them instagram, they've ignored me - the delivery notification if showing as complete, but I didn't recieve all the items ordered and paid for - why are you ignoring me - I can only assume Ive been scammed ....... - Id like a refund of the hoodie

I ordered two orders of santoclothing approximately 1 month and a half ago. I recieved one of them recently and only the 2/5 of the other (since the other order contained 5 items). Now I cant return the order because the delivery was too long...

First of all I want to thank the Santo team.
I ordered a pair of pants from their site and after 2 weeks they were at home. I really recomend it, it's very affordable and the quality is good.

Ordered a product which was shipped very quickly but unfortunately did not arrive to me due to the delivery company! Santos Couture were very eager to get it sorted for me, they kept me updated all the way through till I was reimbursed. Would definitely recommend!

Was very hesitant before but buying the Canada goose Langford Parka but before buying I asked for pictures which they kindly provided. After receiving the item there was a small rip on one of the inside pocket i contacted them again and they happily refunded me this amount. I also asked if they could do next day delivery and they did and was so happy when it arrived the next day definitely recommend this company and will be using them for my future purchases.

Saying made in Romania on tag surely that’s not right definitely fake not happy at all
