Non comprate!!

Il tracking non si è mai aggiornato, è passato più di un mese e mezzo e non ho ricevuto nulla.
Il servizio clienti ha inizialmente dato un riscontro sommario e successivamente non hanno più risposto né a mail, né a messaggi!!!!
Avrei dovuto regalarla il giorno 09/03/2026, ci sarebbe stato tutto il tempo per la spedizione, invece ad oggi mi ritrovo ancora con NULLA!!!!! E loro latitano.
Assolutamente non comprerò mai più.

I had been a big fan of Sansi products…

I had been a big fan of Sansi products for a number of years with various grow light products, but my recent experience has really put me off them. Last July I received two of the SANSI LED Grow Light Full Spectrum 30W Hydroponic Indoor Plants Growing Lamps that I had purchased from Sansi LED EU Official on ebay. I started using these in October/November to get my plants through the winter. By mid March, one of the lights had started to flash quite aggressively and died a few days later. I have read up on common issues, such as these lights being paired with dimmer switches or placed in locations with poor ventilation that enable them to overheat rapidly. None of these were the case with mine.

As my product was under a 2 year warranty, I contacted the supplier to ask for a replacement and was advised that I could have the replacement, but would have to pay £8 for shipping: 50% of the original cost of the item including shipping. Apparently their policy states that after 6 months, the item will be replaced but postage is at the buyer's cost. I have asked numerous times where I can find this policy, as it is mentioned nowhere on the product listing on ebay that I purchased these items from. Each time my question is ignored. I also pointed out repeatedly that this goes against UK and EU consumer laws, but again was ignored.

As I was getting anxious about having a replacement item for the light that was no longer functioning, I reluctantly agreed to pay for postage to have the item replaced. It arrived quickly, which I appreciated. However, on the day that the replacement item arrived, the other light that I had purchased last year also started flashing and is rapidly dying. For a product that the manufacturer claims only fails 1 out of 1000 times, 2 out of 2 products failing is pretty bad odds. Those products failing within a week of each other points to some pretty evident design or manufacturing issues.

This item is clearly incredibly cheap to produce due to its poor quality, which I imagine is why Sansi will so readily replace it but refuses to cover the cost of actually getting the replacement to the customer - that cost is too high for them, especially when they know how many items they need to replace. Dealing with customer service is painfully slow as there's no one operating on UK or EU time, so you get one response per day unless you're up at 4am. They also seem to be quite intent on being as uncooperative as possible. For example, I asked for an email address to send video footage of the lights to seeing as ebay chat only allows photos. Rather than just providing me with the email address, I was sent a photo of it. I really struggle to understand what the intended outcome of behaviour like this is

Bulbs failing after only a couple hundred hours.

I placed an order for a SANSI 125W Tall…

I placed an order for a SANSI 125W Tall Standing Grow Light on February 16, paying $160 for the product. Instead of the lamp, I received a $25 light bulb. The tracking number provided showed the package as “delivered,” and the website marked the grow light itself as delivered under that same tracking code.

When I contacted customer support, I was told that the bulb was a complimentary gift and that the actual lamp would be shipped separately. However, this was never clearly communicated at the time of purchase, and no separate tracking number was initially provided. The order status continued to show the grow light as delivered, which is inaccurate and misleading.

Only after repeated follow-ups did they state that the lamp would be shipped on March 9 — several weeks after the original purchase date. At this point, there is no guarantee that the product will actually be shipped on that date. Given the previous inconsistencies, this additional delay appears to be an attempt to buy time and avoid issuing a refund rather than providing a clear and reliable solution.

I have paid in full and still do not have the product I ordered. Communication has been slow and unclear, and I have had to repeatedly request basic information.

Based on this experience, I do not recommend purchasing from this site. The lack of transparency, inconsistent tracking information, and overall handling of the situation reflect poor professionalism. Buyers should proceed with caution.

NO DETAILED TRACKING NO COMMUNICATION

There was no misunderstanding or matter of opinion, by me. You got caught telling a customer lies. Facts are facts and I called you out.

Update#4 ...
Sansi just informed me that since my purchase was an INTERNATIONAL PURCHASE, my refund will take up to 14 days, however, on their latest update, they stated my shipment was shipped from a US warehouse. DONT BE FOOLED. AVOID!!!

UPDATE #3...REFUND AND CANCEL IMMEDIATELY! when i purchased this item, it said 5-7 day delivery. NOW, I get it. THEY CANT GIVE ME DETAILED SHIPPING BECAUSE ITS COMING FROM CHINA. THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE ITS AT. The generic, not detailed tracking, shows an Airplane with the number 1 next to it. Tracking stopped on the 27th, why? Its coming from China. They tried to tell me about the storm in the southeast usa..why lie when it's coming from overseas? The reason they talked about not being able to answer calls and time differences, bla blah, is because they use WhatsApp and they're not in the USA either.

UPDATE#2 ...
I CALLED twice AT 3PM MY TIME WHICH IS 12PM IN CALIFORNIA. THE WHOLE COUNTRY IS ABLE TO TAKE CALLS AT THIS TIME, SO SANSI'S REPLY IS FALSE NEWS.No one answered the phone number they gave in their response. Sansi still has not provided detailed tracking and no delivery of purchased product. I am filing a dispute with my CC purchase. Oh, I have provided my order # in every one of my numerous emails that have gone unanswered.

UPDATE #1....
NO ONE ANSWERS AT THE PHONE NUMBER SANSI PROVIDED IN RESPONSE! STILL NO DELIVERY OR DETAILED TRACKING. No detailed tracking. Expected date of delivery has passed.

Customer service has not responded to numerous emails. No costumer service phone number. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

La croissance de mes plantes a doublée !

Les lampes horticoles Sansi sont de très bonne qualité et ont un design assez discret.

Mes plantes d'intérieur vont beaucoup mieux depuis l'achat de ces lampes. Leur croissance est doublée ! C'est aussi un bon allié pour l'hiver.

C'est malgré tout un budget... mais ça vaut le coup.

The product (4 bulb floor lamp for…

The product (4 bulb floor lamp for plants) is good enough however, it took about a month to arrive and I received mixed messages from them about shipping and delivery. I finally went to the distribution mail center and even though I supposedly received “free shipping” I had to pay $14.50 to get my package. I had one week or it was due to be sent back and that was not made clear until I researched it. So the free shipping was false, it took a month to receive, and there is no way to communicate with them. I will think twice in the future about ordering from them.

Good service

The items arrived on time as nd I received unexpected free gifts. Customer service was prompt on answering my questions. DHL shipping in my experience provides a tracking number and then no tracking information, which is frustrating and why this is a 4 star review rather than 5.

Great lights and great service

I started buying Sansi bulbs off Amazon 4 years ago. Then as I needed more I began to buy them directly from Sansi. I love the bulbs and the results. I never hesitate to recommend them to customers at the nursery where I work. Under Sansi bulbs my lemon lime philo blooms every year, and I get new plantlets. I have a 3 year old petunia inside that blooms year round. But there's another reason why I've spent close to $1,000 with the company.

The customer service backing up their warranty is terrific. Things happen. If a bulb blows before its 5 year warranty they don't make you jump through hoops to try and get out of backing their warranty. They have been very responsive with quick replacements.

Plant health and good service; why go anywhere else?

This is my second purchase of these plant grow lights. They are powerful yet energy-efficient. My plants are thriving, and these lights are essential for them. If your plants are growing slowly or have small leaves, you need these lights to improve the situation and help them grow normally.
