have you every ask for help with your San Remo you espresso machine USA very poor help on the operate system they never get back to you been trying to reset my wifi internet setting you can't do it and no help from San Remo espresso machine this is the worst I have every seen no help for you if you trying to down load firmware you can forget any help after putting down $7,000. on espresso machine they don't care this is not my first espresso machine had 2 la marzocco mini lines &GS3mp both good had Londinium r24 not very good service and had a Salvatore semi auto good machine so I am not new to espresso machine

Sanremo YOU is a machine that looks beautiful, but the quality is extremely poor. In just two years it required three services due to burned electronics, probe failures, and boiler issues. For a machine in this price range, this level of reliability feels amateurish and unacceptable.
Customer support from Italy is disappointing. They avoid responsibility and behave as if this were a €50 appliance, not a €6000 professional espresso machine. It is embarrassing for a brand that positions itself as premium.
