Sandown Group - Van Centre Poole Recenzje 

Went to see a car in good faith paid the deposit, in person, only to be told the car had been sold to someone else 2hrs later over the phone.
Very amateur service throughout

I had our car serviced for the first time at the Sandown Mercedes Van Centre this week and I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. The whole booking process was simple, I was kept up to date with all that was going on the my vehicle by a very good customer service team, special shout out to Holly! The service was completed on time, i had a diagnostic test run which identified and reset all the cars error codes, the cost was very competitive and it really was a 5* service, I will be booking my other Mercedes in for a service soon

It was Alice at Mercedes Poole that made it so easy to deal with and went above and beyond in selling me a new Mercedes

Alice Lane was the Sales Executive who handled our purchase. We visited Alice on several occasions when looking for the right vehicle for our requirements. We found her thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, charming and in no way hurried us showing patience in the extreme. We finally made our decision and were kept updated throughout the process culminating in Alice staging an ‘unveiling’ of our car with a video of the occasion included. Sandown Mercedes Poole is easy to access, comfortable to be in and we were offered coffee every time we arrived by charming staff members. Thanks to Alice and her colleagues we were made to feel important and at ease.

Tried to give the manager the benefit of the doubt, but asked the sales man if he could ask him (Tony) to call me back as soon as he could..... waited all week!!
Vehicle damaged, left in a dangerous state regarding brakes, which I ended up repairing myself!!!
I had to drive back Friday to them in another vehicle, to pick up a used (& broken) brake switch, from one of their own vehicles... then collected a new switch on Monday. The manager had just stepped out... it's like they dont want to discuss it with me.
Bent the brake pedal, forced the switch in the wrong way around, literally brushed the plastic under the carpet, left a brake tool (heavy) by the seat! Damaged the sill and rear quarter of my van!! I have 360° DVR on the roof 🤷‍♂️
So much for using main dealerships for service, which doesn't even deserve one star. See photos.
My only recommendation is go somewhere else, save your money, and avoid damage to your vehicle 😡😡
Not only this, but after cleaning my van over the weekend, I got a warning on the dash for the numberplate light malfunction, after looking it appears both lights have been swapped for ones WITHOUT lens on (broken)... unbelievable 🤷‍♂️ they were led ones, now bulbs and obviously got wet when I washed it.
Seriously, why do people go to places like this, I won't be leaving any of my vehicles with them again for certain.
If the manager does get back to me, I'll be taking it to another garage (who i trust) and Mercedes can discuss the price with them.
NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!
The problem it was in for was to diagnose loss of BOOST PRESSURE, the manager showed me internal memos on what the problem is KNOWN TO BE CAUSED BY, it has oil in the vacuum system, including the brakes.... I asked if this was then a RECALL, due to being safety related?? No, they don't class brakes as a recall, but they left my van in a more dangerous condition than it arrived 🤦‍♂️
On a positive note, the coffee is free 🤦‍♂️

I took my GLC in for a service which is meant to include an AdBlue top up. When I got home I realised that the AdBlue was less than a quarter full which was the same as when I took it in. I spoke to Guy who sorted it out straight away.

I have bought/leased four cars from Sandown - Poole. I have had Smart cars and Mercedes depending on what I need at the time. The sales and after car service are so amazing I keep coming back. This time Alice Lane was my Sales Executive from start to finish and she was amazing! Answered all my questions, ran numbers for me, and got the car to me how I wanted it and when I wanted. This dealership and their staff always make the experience so pleasant I keep coming back. I can't give any higher recommendation than that.

We visited Poole Mercedes on Tuesday 10th september and were greeted and made welcome without a previous appointment. Alice was assigned to look after us and she listened and assisted us in considering the various car options. unltimately we picked up our new GLA 200 on 23rd september and were very happy with the level of service and assistance in exchanging our car for a new GLA.

I visited the Smart showroom at Poole a few weeks ago and was immediately impressed by the professional approach, from my initial reception to dealing with the knowledgeable sales team. So much so that in a few weeks I was driving away in a brand new Smart #3 as a very satisfied customer. I want to give a special mention to Alice for her help, advice and professional attention to my requirements. I have bought a number of new cars over the years and can honestly say that dealing with Sandown Mercedes-Benz has been the easiest and most pleasurable of the lot!

Left my car for service and MOT Friday at 8:40am and told it will be ready between 4 and 6pm, they’ll phone me. 4:50pm call no won’t be ready, ready Saturday, they’ll call me. No call. Zero communication. I called, “sorry service department closed until Tuesday because not open Bank Holidays and cannot access your car.”
Over 13 years of loyalty I feel very let down.

Our sales rep Greg was very helpful, making the whole purchase experience very good. Also the technician who introduced us to the technology, very knowledgeable.

Booked van in for an O2 sensor to be fitted, got straight through on phone to book in. On day waited for repair done in 45 minutes. Brilliant service. Staff helpful and friendly unlike Marshall van & trucks in Nursling ! Can never get through to them in phone, reception staff do not acknowledge you when you go in and very miserable. Would highly recommend Sandown Van Centre.

Alice looked after us from start to finish, her attention to detail and flexibility helped us ease through what can be a stressful process. I would highly recommend Sandown Poole.
