The online process of reserving a storage unit was simple. The staff was friendly. I would recommend SD Self Storage.

Called in got an immediate quote and signed up within 5-10 min. Very professional and friendly.

It was a quick and easy process to lease a storage unit. The staff was friendly and pleasant. They made sure I was hydrated since I was outside and was not allowed in at the time because Covid-19.
When I terminated my lease, I was met with the same friendly staff who also offered water.
I would definitely lease again if I need it!

Vanessa was so amazing she walk me through everything she did the best customer service you can ask for when a person in not thinking clearly. She made me feel like she was looking out for me and providing the best service. I like that the property manager introduce his self as well and made me feel like if you need us we are here . I got my storage and happy that I came here.

I was courteously shown multiple units that were available, provided with pricing data of each, given a tour of buildings and provided with an opportunity to discuss the best fit with my wife, so not pressure to sign up. All of the units I was shown were clean, easily accessible and matched the description provided by the staff. During the contract signing process, my questions were answered and I was given time to read the agreement in detail, which matched the negotiated terns. After I signed up I was provided an access code, a lock, and a copy of the contract. The staff made sure my access code worked, the lock worked and I understood and was able to open and close the lock and unit. David Haller and Cynthia Thomas were the on-site staff members who provided this top drawer service and I am grateful for their assistance.

The whole process was fast and efficient.

You can stop looking for a storage facility once you've located Silver hawk storage in Murrieta, they had what I needed for a decent price, the staff was very helpful during these trying times as well. The storage area was clean with no hassle getting in. Give them a call.
