AVOID!!
AVOID!! I purchased a wardrobe on their website on 21 Dec after speaking to a lady on the phone number provided on the website. I was given a delivery date of 23rd Dec. I waited whole day and when I called no one answered the phone, after couple of days they switched the phone off. So it was Christmas and New year but I didn't stop investigation, that's obvious when you have paid £350 for a wardrobe that includes delivery charges too. Since there was no contact, I tried emails,phone,messages on Facebook, Instagram. finally I drove around 10 miles to the warehouse(address on website) that was closed. A gentleman who works close to the address phoned Sam who answered but when he passed on the phone Sam hung up. I took the phone number and after 1000s of phone calls from different number he texted that it will be delivered. I still didn't get the wardrobe on the days given had to chase again and again. Finally it was delivered. Due to all this bad experience,I didn't know what was inside the boxes so I asked to get professional assembling and paid £95 extra for that, that was my second mistake. Now after 32 days of pain I am with a wardrobe with multiple chips, loose doors that don't even shut completely. Sam promised that he will send the assembler (Daniel) again to fix the issues and after so many calls and messages nothing happened. I have already disputed it with my bank for the wardrobe and left no choice to take legal action against them.
