Parents, be very careful – especially with the Canary Wharf branch
I took my daughter to this clinic for help and expected professional, caring medical support. Instead, the doctor made a referral to social services without properly discussing or understanding our situation. This caused unnecessary stress for me and my family at a time when we were already worried about my daughter’s health.
I feel that this action was completely inappropriate and showed a lack of empathy and communication. Parents should be aware that this clinic, may not handle sensitive family situations with the care and discretion expected from a private GP service.
I would never use this clinic again and cannot recommend it to other families.

Our clinical team acted promptly and appropriately to provide emergency treatment and care.
We understand that safeguarding processes can sometimes feel distressing, but we are legally required to share concerns with the appropriate authorities when a child’s safety may be compromised. This is never done lightly, and always in the best interests of the patient.

Really fantastic service
Really fantastic service. Dr Burton was careful, empathetic and skilful. Her diagnosis was spot on and she gave me the right meds which made me feel human again. Also, being able to see a doctor so speedily is so helpful and unique. Highly recommend!

Excellent service
Excellent service - I was getting travel advice and vaccines from the clinic in Marylebone. They couldn’t have been more helpful particularly the Dr I saw who was professional and empathetic.

Uni Student - Negative Experience
My daughter, a new uni student miles away from home, went into the Manchester practise today to see Dr Hatton. The booking process was easy and straightforward but so was their ability to take £100 for a 7 minute appointment where he spoke over her and showed her no empathy whatsoever.

Well worth it
I was in and out in 20 minutes, with my medication given at the consult. This is much better than waiting in a&e. I was able to get an appt booked very quickly on a Saturday and the booker told me how much it would be. It’s worth it to get your weekend back.

I have consulted GP Sarah Al-Temimi at Same Day Doctor, on two separate occasions and for different issues. Sarah is absolutely outstanding in her clinical reasoning and her after-care. Her administrative colleagues are extremely friendly and efficient. The service provided is exemplary.
