I have used the medical team at SameDayDr for over the last 15 years and I have been continually happy with the attention and treatment received. I use a private service for speed, efficiency, reliability and access to the very best medical care. Dr Gerlis and his team provide a premium client experience, and particularly recommend Dr Sarah Al-Termini who is amazing, whether it be a routine issue or an emergency one (like I had a couple of years ago), I have full confidence in the team. The receptionist team is also one of the most efficient I have ever experienced! I would never consider going back to a NHS GP due to the lack of availability and waiting times, plus I have lived abroad, so coming back to London and being able to receive first class health care is a top priority for me. I recommend wholeheartedly.

Avoid at all costs!! While sitting in front of the doctor I was told clinic is out of stock for the vaccine I came for but "staff is on the phone right now looking for one from a pharmacy somewhere in London." No explanation for why staff didn't advise me prior to my arrival so I could have gone elsewhere. I was treated with contempt for even raising a fuss. Extremely arrogant and humiliating customer service. If staff is not replaced promptly, strongly recommend to board up the place.

I needed a medical certificate quickly for a visa I'm applying for. Samedaydoctor were super quick at responding, very helpful and got this done for me very quickly. Would not be able to fault the service at all. The cost was a little higher than I was expecting, but for the service received, I think it was fair.

My daughter couldn’t get to see her own GP even though she was very unwell.
I made an appointment for her with same day doc and two hours later she had a diagnosis and very much needed prescription.

I visited the clinic on New Year’s Day due to an emergency sexual health concern. I was seen by Dr. Gerlis, who was exceptional at reassuring me and providing peace of mind in an empathetic way.

He could easily have prescribed expensive, strong medication, but advised against it as he didn’t feel it was necessary. This demonstrated great professionalism and integrity. He also clearly outlined the next steps around testing, which really helped alleviate my stress around the situation.

I did the blood test 10 days later and results came back within the same day.

Booked an appointment in the morning for the same day. The doctor had great attention to detail, was lovely and was able to give the prescription at the appointment. A really straightforward experience

I was on vacation and got sick on a Saturday. I went to see the doctor on a Sunday. He was able to do strep/flu/covid test at the office. It was a simple and easy visit. Pharmacy is just around the corner.

Calling short before 6pm, we got an appointment already the next day at 12.30 on December 31. The team is nice and competent. Dr. Gerlis saved our stay in London.

I came twice to this practice and both times I felt I was in the right place and a good place. The doctors were thorough. The advice was clear. The front desk were charming and helpful.
