Having placed my third order I am impressed with the efficient way that orders are handled. Prices are very competitive. Being able to track an order is great as delivery time and date have been upheld so far.

Good prices and speedy delivery.

I paid extra to receive the item quickly, but I shouldn't have bothered as the item didn't arrive any sooner than if I'd have opted for the 'free postage' option.

I ordered the PurePharma pack which was on sale. The value for money meant the price was much lower than elsewhere saving around £25 on two boxes! Delivery was quick too.
The only issue was that the courier obviously left the box outside in the rain for a prolonged period as the box had virtually disintegrated! As the items were shrink wrapped this wasn't really a problem as they weren't damaged.
Would definitely order again if the price was lower than elsewhere.

I decided to treat myself to some Thalgo products. These are normally quite pricey in the Salon however after doing a search on the internet I found this site and was really pleased with the prices. 2 of the 3 products that I wanted were in stock and the 3rd I am waiting for an email from them to say it is in. I think that is good service.

I will definitely use them again and would recommend anyone else using them.

Ordered items I have used before,so knew what to expect, much better price than the hairdressers and sooner than expected delivery

After placing my order I was kept fully informed of the item i.e. confirmation, pending, dispatch and estimated date of delivery. Tracking item for also very useful and came on date estimated.
The item is excellent as is all SBC products.

Salon Skincare and I, have been let down hugely by their couriers CityLink.
I ordered shampoo and conditioner with 2 working weeks to spare before I went on holiday. SS dispatched my order via CityLink, the following day. I did not receive my order despite being told it had dispatched. With several days still to go before I went away, I contacted SS and was told in a very badly written email, which initially made no sense, that my delivery had been refused by a name I have never heard of (none of my neighbours have this name either) I asked for clarification of this cryptic email and it took a long time to get a response from SS. Then it was the weekend and I had just one day left to get my products before leaving for my holiday. I asked for a response on the Monday morning and thankfully a sensible person from SS actually replied with a coherent answer to my order queries. My order didn't arrive in time for my holiday and I was forced to buy products from a shop on my journey. However on my return I found an email from SS apologising and saying that CityLink have also apologised and are disciplining their driver. My order turned up while I was away so I have at least received it.
Sadly, despite apologies and the arrival of my order, my 1st experience of Salon Skincare has been tainted by the awful performance of CityLink, then the lack of communication from Salon Skincare, who initially seemed to be blaming me for the non-arrival of my parcel. The fact that I didn't get my products when I needed them and then the huge delay in getting the problem sorted, for which I had to do all the running, has left me feeling that I cannot trust this company especially while they still use CityLink as their courier (I have had other bad experiences with this courier) I do not like the fact that SS have no contact number for order queries, leaving one totally at the mercy of the email system and the doubt that anyone is ever going to reply. Most internet based companies DO have a query line for customers to speak to a real person and this is missing from Salon Skincare.

I would recommend this company to anyone as Ultrasun products arrived quickly and I got a very good deal price wise.

Easy to order and quick delivery, fab

I ordered some items and I was not at home. He tried for 2 days. However, the product went back to you and a refund was done. I find this unacceptable. The Currier has not left a card and attempted to contact me. I did not get what I needed and you lost money. please find a better Currier! I am sorry but I cant re order the product from you again as I do not trust your delivery service. This is shame because you seem to have great deals and product!

Super fast delivery - I ordered 3 products and received them 2 days later. Unfortunately one of the cleansers leaked everywhere! Think it was more of a problem with the product than the packaging as I ordered directly from the manufacturer as well and it also leaked in transit! I contacted salonskincare fully expecting to be ignored. However, upon providing photographic evidence I was given a complete refund for the product. Wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again!

Order arrived in Co Meath within 24 hours of ordering! Great service. Would fully recommend!

I would never get my refund back if I did not realised it and contacted them. They just forgot about it but did not forget to charge me £5 for undelivered item. Will avoid the webside!
