It is a scam!!!
I placed an order on 16th Feb which they took payment for, got email to say item dispatched & it’s now 12th March & no order received.
I have sent emails telephoned left messages & no one gets back to you.
When you call one number it doesn’t exist & the other telephone number is always an answering machine.
This company needs to be investigated!!!.
I now need to get my money back & never ever use this company again!!!!!!!!

Will never order again! Placed order and received a confirmation which advised I would get another email when goods were sent. No
email was sent and I chased 3 days later. No one replied to my email but just sent a shipment confirmation with tracking number but no mention of shipping company so couldn’t track. Then got an email telling me that nothing had been sent as discrepancy in their warehouse! Was promised reimbursement in 48 hours which did not happen! Chased again but no reply. I also tried to call them many times but phone number always busy! Suddenly the goods arrived!! No apology. I won’t be back!

Ordered Korres products from these guys. They took a little time to arrive a little later than expected, but for the price you are getting the products you cannot complain. Will definitely use again. Super happy. Highly recommend :)

Har endnu ikke fået mine varer - de er købt for 10 dage siden. Penge trukket samme dag som køb. Ikke muligt at komme i kontakt med shoppen via tlf. Svarer ikke på mails, via facebook etc. Da jeg skriver jeg ønsker at hæve handlen, vender de retur - siger varerne er sendt - dette til trods for jeg ikke har modtaget nogen form for info omkring shipping osv.

I had a brilliant experience with Salon Skincare, I’m a huge fan of Elemis products, their website came up when I did a search for Elemis. Usually Elemis is very expensive and I can’t always afford it however Salon Skincare has products that were incredibly reasonable. I read previous posts from trust pilot and saw bad reviews so I was sceptical about it but thought I would try it out. My parcel arrived 5 days later and I’m so happy with the products, will definitely be using them again!

tracking number issued for parcel is incorrect!!!!!, do not answer e mails !!!!!!

Placed an order for over £100 of goods. Didn't arrive. Was told the replacement would be sent express delivery. No sign of those either.

I had payed my order on Nov 23 rd. After few days I send an email to customer service asking about my order. Nobody answer. On 5th of December I call them - they told me my parcel will be delivered next day on dec 6th. I email them again few days later asking what is going on with my order. Nobody answer. Today December 13th I got an email that my parcel was delivered.

Goods ordered on 8/11/2017 and still not arrived on 21/11/2017
Appalling service , have phoned to chase but lots of excuses made.
Items were required as a gift , so a real let down. Needless to say I will think twice before ordering from this company again.

Bought a product with a good deal. However, I realised that the shelf life of one of the products is very short (due in 6 months) upon receipt of the order and requested for exchange (I didn't open the product package). In fact, the company didn't mention the short date on the website when ordering at all. Unfortunately, the company rejected to exchange and explained 6 months is considered as reasonable time to finish. I have no choice to stop using my existing products and quickly use up the product first. Very disappointed with their service !

Excellent efficient service and good value for money.

Great value for money ....but no products.

I ordered items two weeks ago and have chased them up. They were promised today, nothing!! I have saddened that there has been no update as to whey they have not arrived.

First time using this website, great delivery. Will use again if price is good

I love the prices but waiting for the despatch took over a week then a further 2 for delivery I rang to chase and was told my package was being delivered by DPD that day, I hadn't received any notification which I think was poor. However the prices & the products have not stopped me using Salon Skincare.

Great range of products at fantastic prices

I have ordered items from Salonskincare and the ordering process and customer service is excellent. They have great discounts which makes it a good purchase and that's why i always check out their website for my preferred products.
