Odpowiedź od Salons Direct

Hi Anita

Thank you so much for your lovely review, we’re delighted to hear how comfortable your clients are with our Lotus Darcy bed!

We’re sorry to see that your delivery experience didn’t quite meet expectations. We understand that the courier accidentally damaged your own magnifying lamp while delivering the bed, and we’re glad to hear they’ve since been in direct contact with you to resolve this.

If there’s anything further we can assist with, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, we’re always here to help.

Kind Regards
The Salons Direct Team
