Great BBQ and range of accessories

A bought the Arke BBQ last year and wanted the kitchen isle to go along with it so I bought it from Sahara. It arrived within a few days. I am very happy with the high quality of the Sahara Arke products. I also contacted Sahara asking if covers will be available soon for the Arke kitchen products. They replied quickly saying covers will be available in the coming months, which I will also purchase. I'm very impressed with the quality of the Arke range and intend to buy the sink when it is back in stock.

After the first one arrived damaged I contacted Sahara BBQs and a second one was sent Unfortunately that arrived damaged too! After a moan about the way it was packed the third arrived unscathed and was packed nicely as it should be

We enquired about a Sahara BBQ cover for our new BBQ but were told it was out of stock. Sahara said they were getting some in shortly and would let us know as soon as they arrived, they were true to their word. They informed us of the cover’s arrival and placed an order immediately. Great service.

Item was out of stock but I asked to be emailed when back in stock. Received email to say they had stock in so ordered the BBQ cover and received it 4 days later. Great service

Very helpful assistance over the phone before ordering the required barbecue part online. Delivery within two days. Barbecue up and running again👏.

The response time and general experience was excellent. The website could be a bit clearer for finding the spare part that I required. Once I was into the spare part section, it was clear but took me a few goes to find it.

Super piece of kit. Sahara Forge Host BBQ. Plenty of space on the grill. Easy yo control the heat. Also nought the Sahara dedicated cover to protect the unit.

I love the availability of replacement parts for the Sahara heaters - good price and fast delivery.

Nice and compact. Woks well and pushes out good amount of heat. Would be nice if they produced a specific all-weather cover for it, so you can leave it it outside for longer.
