Great customer service, extremely helpful. Will definitely recommend.

Member of staff interrupted me unloading - collection of model aircraft which I then dropped due to the interruption- very careless action and very costly with no thought to his actions .
Apparently it's fine to only have one latchvworking on unit . When enquired about repair 3 weeks was the answer.
Following a complaint the usual not interested was received.

The team at Safestore North Harbour have been absolutely fantastic.

Every question I had, no matter how small, they answered quickly. They took the time to understand my needs and sized my unit accordingly (after I initially grossly over quoted what I needed!).

The process to set everything up was smooth and they ran through everything in person that we needed to know and made themselves available for any questions I had.

David and his team are an absolute credit and I can't thank them enough for making this as easy as it was and taking a huge weight off my mind (as this was storage needed for an unexpected family passing).

Overall, I absolutely recommended Safestore without question.

Dropped off a DHL parcel for collection at North Harbour. The gentleman on reception was very welcoming and friendly. He informed me of collection times. Great customer service from him.

Ripped off with a 70% price increase after one year at a fixed price. The original price is also above the market price in the area that I checked with a nearby competitor. So the new price I am being charged is about 100% higher than the market price. No attempt by the manager to offer another 1 year fixed price at any significant reduction. Avoid this company or just use it for one year.

From my first contact with the team at Safestore, Northarbour, Portsmouth to the last I received a first class service. Andy and Jake were always polite, helpful and good humored. Nothing was too much trouble. The facility was very clean and my storage unit was easily accessible, there were always plenty of trolleys available and the lift was easy to use. I have used other storage facilities around Portsmouth and Fareham but I would not look anywhere else in future. I haven't even mentioned yet that the rate was very reasonable and the first month really did only cost £1! (which I queried at first). Thanks for taking some of the stress out of moving home.

The Service was excellent.
We were guided through the process and advised the size of the unit we would require.
The units were exceptionally clean and well maintained.
The Manager and his Team were knowledgeable and polite.
They kept in touch and gave valuable information when asked.
We would recommended Safestore North Harbour and would definitely use them again

I spoke with someone called Daniel, extremely helpful in deciphering what I was after, and giving me a range of options to consider. He was patient with my questions, and explained his answers clearly and quickly.

I'm the same as previous reviews. Exploitative pricing - AVOID for long term rentals. I started renting at Port Solent over 3 years ago. The rent jumped up last year to £250.00 and now found out today it's jumped up to £350.00 - a £100 increase!
I cannot afford this, however, they have told us we need to pay it to access the unit to move our things out. Luckily, we are in the country. They raise their prices at will and you have no comeback. Rent elsewhere.
