Safe Dent was recommended to me by a friend .
I cannot recommend Safe Dent highly enough.
I had a lot of work done including extractions, implants , bone grafts , in total 27 new teeth over a period of time .
The treatment I received from Dr Yesim and her staff was absolutely brilliant and the result is absolutely amazing .

A Life-Changing Experience – Truly Worth It!

While on holiday in Turkey with my son, I struck up a conversation with a complete stranger at the airport. Just a friendly chat—I asked how his trip had been. To my surprise, he said he hadn’t come for the sun, but for treatment at Safedent Dental Clinic. His enthusiasm instantly piqued my interest.

Due to a severe addiction—thankfully now behind me—I hadn’t taken care of myself for years, which resulted in the loss of several teeth. Although I’ve been clean for over five years, my teeth were still something that really bothered me. The turning point came when I saw a family photo once. It had the caption, “Bet you didn’t notice the dad’s missing eyebrow?” And sure enough, all I could see was my missing tooth. It was confronting.

The man at the airport said something that stuck with me: "Don’t go anywhere else." That was all I needed to hear.

I contacted Jorge at Safedent. What a kind and helpful man! I sent some photos of my teeth, and within days I received a clear treatment plan.

A few months later, my son and I returned to Turkey—this time for both sun and care. While we enjoyed lazy vacation days, I regularly visited Yasmin’s chair, where she treated my teeth with great care and professionalism.

I received two implants, and my full set of teeth was fitted with crowns. A year later, I returned to have the final crowns placed. Now, five years after the initial treatment, I still receive compliments from our Dutch dentist. He even said: "We rarely see work this good coming from Turkey."

It truly was a life-changing experience. One of the best investments I’ve ever made.

I’m still in touch with Jorge and Yasmin—and we already know we’ll visit them again once our newborn daughter is old enough to fly.

Subject: A Cautionary Tale: Our Disappointing Experience with Safedent Antalya

My wife and I began our dental journey with Safedent Antalya in 2019 and have returned multiple times for treatments. Unfortunately, our most recent visit left us feeling deeply dissatisfied.

During this trip, my wife aimed to address a persistent issue with one of her dental implants, which has never functioned properly. We anticipated that this concern would be prioritized, but instead, we were informed that another implant was necessary, overshadowing the original problem.

On our final day of treatment, we were disheartened to learn that the crown for the implant—the primary reason for our visit—was still incorrect. To our dismay, we were told that we would need to return yet again for a resolution. When we expressed our frustration, the dentist’s response was alarming, stating, “If you don’t like it, I can take it out, and you’ll have nothing.”

Upon our return to England, we attempted to address our concerns through a formal complaint written via email directly to the dentist. However, we were unable to do so as they refused to provide an email address, and there was no option for direct communication on their website. All correspondence went through her husband, via WhatsApp, which only added to our frustration.

After consulting with other dental professionals back home, we discovered that my wife should have received implant passports for each implant. Without these vital documents, any further work involving the implants is severely restricted.

Initially in 2019 the experience was very much more professional, we had several visits and felt well looked after, however on this last visit, we felt that the overall experience was rushed. There were lengthy waiting times in the clinic, the practice had only 1 dentist and we felt as if we were slotted in between appointments, we spent many hours in reception waiting. We were the last patients to leave at the end of the day.

It’s essential to recognize that the true measure of quality in dental services often emerges during complications rather than through initial procedures. For anyone considering dental implants, I strongly recommend ensuring you receive an implant passport for each implant.

Regrettably, Turkey lacks a professional body to address dental complaints, leaving legal action as often the only avenue for recourse when issues arise.

I hope that sharing our experience will help prospective patients make more informed decisions about their dental care. Please proceed with caution when considering Safedent Antalya.
