The level of professionalism that immediately puts you at ease. Staff mink and aryan were attentive, patient, and clearly passionate about what they do and every interaction feels personal rather than rushed.
The space is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully run, and as for the food we had a 3 course service and can tell that a lot of care goes into every detail.

Saba Sabai - Harborne

Went for my mum’s birthday dinner last Saturday and we had a great time. We were served by ‘Gee?’ I believe who was excellent, she listened to all our concerns, requests and questions, even when we asked to change certain things from the shared menu. We felt listened to.

The food was okay, it does taste different from what were used to from Sabai Sabai, I think the menu was changed and it does look more fancy now which is nice, but food doesn’t taste as flavourful anymore- but it was still okay.

We ordered the Krungthep shared menu between 3 people which came with 4 starters and 2 mains but changed the pork starter for fish because we don’t like pork, and the team was so kind to accommodate this request, we appreciated it a lot. We were surprised at how filling the shared menu was, because we thought we’d be left hungry but we were very full by the end and took some leftovers home.

We also loved the atmosphere of the restaurant, we went late in the evening and so we loved the low mood lighting and ambiance of the restaurant. It’s a great restaurant for any occasion really.

We shared some of our birthday cake with the team as a token of our gratitude. Thank you so much for making mum’s birthday special! 😊

Lovely Thai restaurant in Solihull for eat in or takeaway. Our favourite!

Harborne in Birmingham. The food was lovely, however I was a little disappointed with the beef in my meal as it was too chewy and I was unable to eat it. My partners meal was perfect and his plant based chicken was delicious! The waiter was extremely helpful, polite and did a fantastic job

Sabai Sabai Solihull is a really great restaurant. Always amazing food. Will usually deliveroo but i do pop in. Crispy wings are a must

I found this place to be hugely overrated, nothing like what they present on their website and expensive, their mocktails are basically watered down pop with a sprig of mint, the decor is shabby, the chair seats were worn, no ambience whatsoever

What an amazing experience at the Solihull Sabai Sabai. We were greeted with a warm welcome followed by delicious Chicken Masaman and Sticky rice with a side of mushrooms. I will certainly be returning.

Stunning food and fantastic service. A busy Saturday night on a whim asked if they could squeeze us in and thankfully had a cancellation. Food was so good and the restaurant is beautiful. Would highly recommended if you are in Stratford upon Avon.

Paid for a voucher as a gift for someone and when they came to use it they weren’t allowed to and had to pay for themselves. Leaving us both out of pocket despite having the voucher code.
I’ve since tried to get in touch several times and no one will get back to me. EXTREMELY poor customer service and untrustworthy.

This review is only about the branch in Birmingham City Center (Waterloo Street), which we visited on multiple occasions and each visit was excellent.

Welcomed very friendly team and received excellent service.

The menu has plenty of choice and for everyone something they like.

Personally I cannot not eat too spicy food but i have to say the dishes are perfectly balanced. To give you an idea, the hot wings of KFC are already a bit too spicy for me, but I have no problems with the spiciness of the food at Sabai Sabai.

And although many might say it is not really a Thai dish, I love the Pad Thai at this restaurant and the Red curry with prawns is also delicious.

If you are with 2 people and prefer to have a set menu; set menu B is recommended. A perfect mix of dishes!

For me, it doesn't have to be authentic but the whole experience should be excellent. Great food but bad service will result in a bad experience and so will great service but bad food.

Our experiences at Sabai Sabia are great we and we thank Victor and his team. We certainly recommend this restaurant and will visited it more often.

Delicious Thai Food
Had a group meal at the Solihull restaurant and our experience at Sabai Sabai in Solihull was fantastic. The food was awesome. Everyone raved about their dishes. The restaurant is stylish and comfortable. Shout out to Rico who served us. His service was ace and really added to the experience. 5 star.

we have now visited the stratford restaurant after we went to harbour restaurant and the food is excellent with great staff that make you feel welcome. i would highly recommend this chain of restaurants to everyone who likes thai food and a great night out.
