The rug I ordered was backordered. I contacted the company for an update and this is the most surprising part of my experience. I got monthly updates and when the rug was being shipped, they also provided me with tracking information. I used to work in a customer service environment and I have never had this exceptionally positive experience before. Rugsmart's customer service is second to none.

Please do not tell me you have an area rug in stock, take my money (which has cleared my credit card and then tell you don’t have it and “say” don’t worry we don’t charge credit cards until it’s delivered! Furthermore this was ordered from Canada for a friend in USA and I can count on me money as to credit card charges and exchange rates!

I got what I ordered. Satisfied with quality and price. Just give the wool some time for airing.

I ordered a rug and one hour later decided to upgrade the rug to a bigger size, I emailed them right away to tell them to cancel the first order and I made another order for the bigger size, it's been two days and they are NOT responding to my emails. I even called them twice on a week day in the afternoon and it says nobody's there to answer my call ? Sounds a little FISHY TO ME. They emailed me an hour ago and they stated they will delete the first order and everything is fine. I'm so relieved, thank you RugSmart

Web site not the best but they took care of everything for me very pleased

I’m very happy with the rug pattern I selected however, only the smaller of the two rugs arrived and that was several months ago. I did not know, nor was I told until after placing the order, that the larger rug I ordered was on back order until November and that is still 3 months away. Disappointing. Wish I had known before placing the order but I like the pattern so I’ll wait.
