Buying and exchanging my car with Tom at RS was a really easy and straight forward experience. The car was exactly what I was looking for and it was a fair deal for both parties. I couldn’t be more pleased! 100% recommend!

I bought a car about 2 weeks ago from RS car sales it was a great experience. Tom was who i spoke to and who sorted everything out, it was a very professional and stress-free process from start to finish. All of the cars where in top condition and very clean. Everything was sorted quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this place 🙌

Rory & Tom had my BMW X5 E45 in top condition when collecting in April 2025. Came from Ireland and was a bit cautious. Very professional service and great bunch in the Garage. I took the new machine for a test drive , reviewed all on return and then completed all the paperwork with Tom and process was very pleasant and straight forward. Delighted with my new machine and best of luck lads in the future as I’m sure I’ll be back when upgrading in a few years. Fergus

What surprised me was how easy it was to buy a car. Genuinely I was in and out in about 20 minutes and on my way home. Its been a long time since I bought a car. The Q8 is miles better than my old Q5!! What a car. Can't be happier. I've driven around aimlessly just for the sake of it!!!

Where can I start, we purchased the vehicle in January 2025 for just under £50K and hadn’t even had it for 2 weeks before we started to get issues, we would be driving and the car would tell us to stop driving. We immediately contacted Tom at RS car sales who was the person I had dealt with through the whole purchase. He told me the car would need to be brought back to them for them to take a look. As I was in London and they are in Crewe I assumed they would be recovering the vehicle. He told me this would not be the case and I would have to arrange this, meaning I would have to pay for a tow truck as the car was not drivable. As I had purchased the car on finance I went back to the finance company and made a complaint, it took 4 weeks for them to arrange for RS Car sales to collect the car. The car then sat on the forecourt of RS Car sales for 10 days before they even opened it ( I have an app which tells me) they then sent it to BMW to see if they could diagnose the issue. Again the car sat at BMW for over a week before it was looked at. Tom informed me that BMW could not find the fault and they would collect the car and have another look themselves. I then called BMW myself only to be informed that they did find the fault and advised Tom of this however they did not want BMW to carry out the repair so they took it back to RS Car sales forecourt. Tom continuously lied to me about what was happening with the car, he told me they ordered the parts but they was on back order. He ignored my calls and emails and was reluctant to give me any information about MY car. The car sat there for 6 weeks without them doing anything at all to it! By this point I had enough and rejected the car and still to this date the money has not been returned so they still have the car and the money and have not done a thing to the car! An absolute sham of a company with the worst customer experience. They lie constantly and avoid you whenever they can. They are even avoiding the finance company and lying to them to delay paying back any money. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company at all costs.

Great purchasing and After Sales experience.

Brought a GLC a month ago. Buying experience couldn’t be any easier and Rory and Tom was very helpful.

Had a minor issue with the car through no fault of the dealership, Gave them a call and got told to bring it in and the issue was rectified quickly with no issues.

Would like to thank Rory and Tom for the great buying experience.

Will definitely be buying from RS Car Sales Again.

Avoid This Dealership – They Scam Customers!

I had an awful experience with this dealership. They happily took my reservation deposit, promising it was refundable if things didn’t work out. When I decided not to move forward with the purchase, they suddenly changed their story and refused to return my money.

I called multiple times, and was given the runaround every time. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and acted as if I was bothering them just for asking for MY OWN money back. They make fake promises just to get your deposit, and once they have it, good luck ever seeing it again.

This place is a total scam! Stay far away unless you want to be cheated out of your hard-earned money. I’ll be reporting them to the authorities and leaving this review everywhere I can so others don’t fall into the same trap.

Avoid This Dealership – Untrustworthy and Fraudulent

I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with this dealership. I inquired about a car and was asked to provide my card details to “secure” a viewing. At no point did I authorize any payment, yet they took money from my account without consent.

This unauthorized charge left my family, including my children, in a difficult financial situation—no money and no car. Despite multiple attempts to get my money back, the dealership has been unresponsive and unhelpful.

This place is completely untrustworthy. If they can take money without permission, what else are they capable of? I strongly advise everyone to stay away and take your business elsewhere to a dealership that values honesty and customer trust.

My son was trying to buy a car from this people, very disrespectful people on this garage, it is past so long now and my son didn't received back the deposit.

Been back to RS for an SVR and could not be happier.

I bought an Audi a few years ago and was time for me to change. Dealt with Dale this time and he knew his stuff. I knew I was going to buy the car before I even got there but as soon as I heard the engine turn on that was it done.
