Roxy Palace, I deposited 50 and received a 150 bonus, and I played all night long, 3 days straight on and off. I have played and wagered the required amount, I wanted to cash out 1000 dollars, I get emails that I have to send DOC'S, I send all required information, and I get all kind of delayed responses, Like the license was not clear, please re-send. Almost likely to send any excuse not to pay me, taking advantage of the fact I can reverse the winnings. After 2 weeks of sending doc's back and forth, they say I am now verified. I thought the cash would be in the credit card, then they say I need to send Instadebit info, as credit cards can't be used. Another excuse, I did not read the T&C's, but other sites did not give me a hassle like this. I then went though another week of sending instadebit info, and having to update my address with instadebit as well. So here goes another week of trying to get my thousand dollars back, then I foolishly gamble 700 bucks slowly during this time. After the payment teams says "go ahead and make another withdrawal" in the system, I go into the system again to withdraw the 300 bucks remaining in the account, and now 48 hour hold is on again. Of course I can reserve the withdrawal if I want to play again. It seems to go in circles around this site if you want to cash out. Still waiting for my 300 bucks from the site, if I get it I will update you, but this seems awfuly strange to waiting this long, when they take your payment right away from your card. On the flip side I love the games, and they let you play all and any games on your bonus money too, not sure if the % on payout is higher with bonus money as it seems I could not lose, then after I deposit without bonus money I loss a few bucks. I thought since I am verified and they reversed the first deposit they would just cash out the remaining balance, but I had to go though the withdrawal option again, still waiting for the first withdrawal of 300 bucks still! UPDATE: It is now WED NOV 2 2016, I still have the 300.00 bucks on hold for reverse withdrawal, no email, no response, it is more like 50-72 HRS, and I'm sure I will talk to the payment team for some BS response like you have to wait 3-7 days for the instadebit to show up on your account. If I hear from them tomorrow I will update. Hopefully I can get my 300 bucks within the next 2 weeks, and I am not going to gamble on the site until I get my cash back at least. This is not the site for making withdrawal, I wish they were more careful taking the money, but they are not! UPDATE : Well it is Thursday Nov 3 820 AM, and I have not heard of anyone from Roxy Palace, not sure if they went went Bankrupt or what, there so called 24 hour service seems unlikely. I am still in reverse holdings on only 300 bucks, I can't believe that they can't cash out 300 bucks, is this place broke or what? If you ever want to cash out from this place you might have to go visit them in Malta or where ever they are from. Next Update Friday, and I will let you know if I ever receive the money! UPDATE: FRIDAY NOV 4th 2016. I finally received my 300 from Instadebit from Roxy Palace, although I won't see it in my bank account for another 3-5 days, I am finally glad this is done and over with. Not sure how withdrawals are not quicker, they could use some fresh cash out rules, not sure if I will ever gamble again there as well! But at least it is done! Thanks for the hassle!

Just recently signed up to Roxy Palace, at first it was great!
I was winning and the games were smooth,

HOWEVER.... few errors had occurred where software provider would take your bet but the game would not pay out. So I should have receive a refund,
This happened 5-7 times each time I complain about the issue it would take a day to resolve... I managed to receive 2 refunds however I know for a fact that I still have funds missing. Which was not solved due to lack of proof.

I will give credit when its due. The customer service during these stressful times was excellent, very polite and professional.

After days of contacting Customer service and requesting to check my gameplay with their software provider, they have finally refunded me for my bets. After 2 weeks...

We all know that these sites promote bonuses, and if you accept then you can't withdraw winnings until you've gambled a certain amount. Fine, standard practice.

However, RoxyPalace goes a step further, and doesn't give you a choice about whether to accept the bonus. You're compelled to gamble - surely in breach of some sort of legislation? I didn't dip below my initial deposit, so didn't use the bonus. Still couldn't withdraw.

To add to that, their customer service (at least the lady I spoke to) was appalling - rude, and abrupt.

Deposited money, did not ask for or sign up for bonus. Won a bit from my deposit so went to withdraw. Told I needed to deposit with a credit card or email photo I'd? ?????

Email photo I'd and tried to withdraw. Couldn't as had no met wagering requirements for bonus, what freaking bonus I did not want one.

Emailed CS and they stripped my of bonus and winnings leaving just my initial deposit. Withdrawn and left.

Beware they are con artists.

I have played at Roxy for a few years and it's always been ok but recently they started a big marketing drive that meant I received loads of email which was a bit annoying. That was shortly before they were acquired by 32Red and it seems to have slowed down now. They offer only MicroGaming slots, so I do play at other places but my experience of Roxy is that they are a professional operation who take customers seriously and they do abide by a code of good practice which means payments and so on are hassle free. I signed up through one of the free spins offers they promote on UK Casino Awards and the spins were quite high value not like lots of the Netent deals which are 1p a spin. Overall worth a look for sure.

Closed the casino after no wins for about 6-7months, since 32red bought it its getting worse by the minute. They give you a lot of 50%/100% offers as the RTP for games went downfall. I don't believe its just my luck as months of no bonuses above 30£ is unreal:)

So i deposited 500 buckazoids ... that was easy.

then i noticed my balance was actually 650 ... so i searched the site for a button to remove any bonus stuff and there was none.

i made the mistake of playing anyway...

i got up to 1200 bucks .. then contacted support (live chat) to find out what htis requirement was : and they told me i had to bet a further 4000bucks before it would be cleared (so that makes 10k in bets before it clears 150 bonus? wow!)

anyway, i kept going, got up to 2000 balance and still had about 2000 betting requirement left.

of course, inevitably, it ended up taking all the money before clearing the requirement.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS ONE!

the support person on live chat told me if i did not want a bonus then after depositing contact support immediately and get them to cancel all bonus requirements/terms/money ... its the only way to play on there if you do decide to use them.
