Roxburghe cars in Walsall were not great. We went there to look at a Hyundai Kona we had seen on Autotrader. When we got there we were seen by Grant, who bought the car round and gave us the keys. He didn't take any time to explain the features of the car, and went off. Fine, we figured things out ourselves. However, the car smelt so badly of pet odour that we couldn't bear being in it for long. However, we carried on. At the end, we look around the car and realised that it had been 'kerbed' a lot and most of the alloys had been distorted at the edges. We didn't want the car.
We explained this to Grant who tried to sell us the car despite the issues and said they could get rid of the smell. However, the smell was very strong. I refused to buy.
Weeks afterwards, I needed my driving licence which i always have in my bag. I realised it was missing and realised that the last place I had taken it out was at Roxburghe. I then asked for it back and asked why they had kept it so long. They did not apologise or explain and said that they would get admin to return it. A week later, the licence never arrived. I decided to go there as I really needed it. They had my licence in one of their desks, and gave it to me. If I hadn't remembered that I had last used it there, I would never have got it back.......Now you ask....was there any explanation or apology? Once again....NOTHING. Itching to make a sale, but no common courtesy.

Easy transaction. Straight forward, grant was helpful, great customer service, dealership was welcoming and well organised.

My son has recently purchased a vehicle from the Roxburgh dealership in Aldridge, West Midlands. Their salesman (not anyone from the paint repair shop) ‘touched up’ an area around one of the headlights and thought that was an OK thing to do!! As an authorised dealer you would have thought they would want to ensure that any defects on a used car, whether they were agreed or not, would be dealt with in a professional manner. They are not prepared to even compromise and use the old ‘you agreed and signed the invoice’ get out. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. THEY DONT CARE ONCE THEY HAVE SOLD THE VEHICLE!!!

I'm sure our story will resonate with many people reading these reviews. I am a director of a RTM company overseeing a block of just over 20 apartments in Darlington. For years we had been unhappy with our previous managing agent (1.9*) but felt trapped as there was a lack of alternatives in the area and the alternatives that were available seemed just as bad.

They only had a few Google reviews as the business was relatively new but the ones they did have seemed genuine and when we spoke with Kate we had such a good feeling we decided to take the leap of faith.

I honestly can't begin to tell you what a difference it has made. It is so refreshing to have someone who shares our vision of what our block should be and is 100% committed to making it a reality. Since taking over Kate has worked tirelessly to deliver improvements getting more done in the 3 months she has been our property manager than the previous agents managed to achieve in three years. Overall I've found both Kate and Nazeem to be professional, knowledgeable and responsive.

The other directors and I are so happy we switched to Roxburgh . Six months ago all we felt was despair and now we are optimistic for the future and that is such a nice feeling.
