This one star is just for machine otherwise customer support is pathetic. My order No 82926 was placed on 13 April 2026 and have not received my parts yet and whenever I try to connect with support through chat, email and no response. Its quite frustrating now.

I had to give 1 star as no option of no stars. It's the worst and pathetic customer service I have ever seen in my life and the product is not worth the price. You can only see the perfect chapatis picture on the box but in reality the chapatis are unevenly cooked and sometimes they just come out as balls. No other functions work yet ( Jawar roti and bajra roti) and god knows when will they start to work. Would not recommend to even my enemy. Buying rotimatic is like putting hardened money in the drain. Don't fall for their promotions and offers.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service from Rotimatic.
My delivery date passed over a month ago and there has been absolutely no proper update or communication from the company. Phone calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and the chat service is completely useless. It’s just an AI loop that keeps sending you in circles without giving any real response or support.
Once you’ve made the purchase, it genuinely feels like there is no guarantee on when your product will actually be delivered, and you should expect zero communication from the company.
What worries me even more is this: if the customer service is this bad before delivery, what happens if there’s a problem with the machine after it arrives? Right now, I honestly have no confidence that I’d be able to contact anyone for support.
Very frustrating experience and not what you expect after spending so much money on a premium product.
Rotimatic Nxt Customer Support
Rotimatic customer support member Harsha M. helped me with Rotimatic Nxt cooking issues. I have many faced many issues with the machine. But Harsha patiently helped address the issues and pushed fixes to the machine. He did an excellent job. I hope the machine issues are resolved now and I don’t see issues again.
Rotimatic Next Broke Within 6 Months, Support Ignored Me
Bought a Rotimatic Next about 6 months ago, and it has already developed serious issues. The machine is making loud abnormal mechanical sounds, showing errors, and spoiling the dough during use.
I contacted customer service and initially received only a chat response. I then scheduled a call as requested, but no one showed up for the call. Since then, Rotimatic has not responded to my emails or chat messages.
For a machine that costs around $2000, this level of product failure and customer service is unacceptable. The appliance is still very new and should be covered under warranty, but I cannot get anyone to respond or provide a resolution.
Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before buying. Stay away !!

BUYER BEWARE. Our experience with Rotimatic has been an absolute nightmare.
We purchased a machine at the end of last year. The first one was faulty. They exchanged it, and the SECOND machine was also defective. We finally gave up and returned it under their 90-day refund policy.
Rotimatic confirmed they received our return over 2.5 MONTHS AGO and told us our refund was “being processed.” Since then? Nothing.
No refund. No responses to emails. No replies through their website support. We are now out a huge amount of money and being completely ignored.
A premium-priced company charging thousands of dollars for unreliable machines and then ghosting customers after receiving returned products is unacceptable. At this point, this feels beyond poor customer service.
Posting this everywhere possible so other customers are warned before making the same expensive mistake we did.
Worked for 2 weeks, now completely DEAD. Support is a ghost town!
Do not buy this machine. It is far too expensive for a trial. It worked fine for just two weeks before failing to form dough. It took a month of trying just to schedule a meeting with support, which was only available after midnight ET. The support team worked on it for two hours, couldn’t fix it, and promised to get back to me. Two months later, I am still waiting.To make matters worse, the machine stopped turning on completely after a month. I have tried contacting support through the app and website with zero success, and they deliberately hide all warranty contact info. Absolute nightmare. Avoid at all costs.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service team of rotimatic. I ordered rotimatic 2.5 months ago and haven't received the order yet, though the delivery date has passed. My Rotimatic stopped working within a few weeks of me getting it after raising it with customer service going back-and-forth quite a bit and posting a negative review on trust pilot. There was some movement in in the customer service response and they finally asked me to send it back to them because of my work travels. I couldn’t send it back to them for a few weeks. It’s been about I believe 3 to 4 weeks since I have sent it back to them and I was supposed to receive a replacement piece in two weeks. I have sent them multiple emails asking for status on the replacement piece I have texted them on WhatsApp send them emails. I have had no response so basically right now I don’t have a machine. I am $2000 down the drain and I have no response from them when I had the machine. I actually enjoyed the Roti out of it while it was working and do believe it’s a good machine - I just got a bad piece - I really wish their customer service responded better.
June /8 - Recieved another machine - looks like they refurbished existing one - not sure - does not connect to the internet - does not open app … the QR code has error , there was continuous errors on wt for the flour - which is strange , the Roti ball doesn’t fall in the right place out of the 12 rotis - 1 was totally uncooked and 1 ball got stuck at the back …

If I could give zero star to their product and company's services. Paid £220 for extra 2 years warranty but you don't get any response to emails, they have 24/7 chat option which is a joke as no one replies to the messages once AI chat box transfers to customer services. I would warn anyone who is considering to buy rotimatic from this company.
I have rotimatic plus and the machine has always some sort of issues in wifi connection or error messages which do not get resolve even following the troubleshooting steps on their website

Rotimatic - terrible customer support, faulty machine
I have only had terrible experiences with the Rotimatic NEXT unit. Even after a replacement on a new unit due to Wi-Fi connectivity issues, I'm facing new issues with the flour tunnel being blocked consistently. After repeatedly contacting the Rotimatic Support team, I've failed to even get a response from them for any help.
After numerous requests and escalations, the Support team gave me a phone number which went straight to voicemail. I have not received any response for weeks yet. They also asked me for a time to talk, which I provided, but no calls from them either.
After running out of patience, I have finally filed a formal complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office about the lack of support.
Hope this information helps anyone else in this forum who is in a similar situation like mine.

I have had my fair share of ups and downs with the company. What really impressed me today was the fantastic support that their support team provided- I had an issue with the machine and the support team got on a teams call and solved it remotely. They were patient, had good expertise, great communication and closed the call only when I was fully satisfied! The support person, Tejasvi was absolutely fantastic!

Deeply disappointed – poor product quality, late delivery, and now no replacement after a ton of back-and-forth
I purchased my Rotimatic in August 2025 and it was delivered two months later than promised, originally Sept but came in Novemeber — not a great start.
Once it arrived, the rotis were consistently undercooked on the edges regardless of settings. I spent months trying to resolve this with customer support, going back and forth with no real solution. Eventually the machine broke down entirely and they asked me to ship it back for a replacement.
I sent it back using their own return label. They didn't even bother to confirm the receipt of the old machine neither did they give me next steps on when the replacement will be available . It has now been weeks and I still have no replacement, no tracking number, and no confirmed dispatch date — just repeated emails from me asking for an update with no concrete response.
I have now formally put them on notice that I will be filing a credit card dispute if a replacement is not dispatched with a confirmed date.
This is a expensive machine that never worked properly from day one, arrived late, and the company has strung me along for months rather than standing behind their product. I would strongly caution anyone considering a purchase to think twice about the after-sales support — or lack thereof.
Rotimatic has been a pain more than help and the support team never responds - think before you buy
I got a Rotimatic approximately 3 years ago in the hope our cooking efforts could go down and we could finally eat hot rotis whenever we wanted. Initially it went all fine but then suddenly problems started to happen.
First our Rotimatic came with broken front gate and chipped kicker. We complained on the first day and replacement parts were sent. But after 1 year, the door broke again and even the plastic around the machine near the door cracked.
Then we constantly started to get errors "dough stuck" and had to open, remove the stuck dough and throw it. It was a constant waste. We contacted support and they connected to our machine (without us needing to approve anything, hell with security) and did something and rotis started to come normally.
Then after a while rotis started to come out folded. Over time this folded rotis became such a pain that someone had to constantly sit there to just pull the roti on the heating pan before the kicker does it to prevent it from folding. We again contacted support and this time literally took 2 months before support helped and agin they did something and the folded rotis became less but the problem never disappeared completely.
Then the kicker had some problem and 50% of the time was not able to push rotis out. We had to manually pull it out using a long stick. This problem was never solved.
Folded rotis, dough stuck, kneader stuck, all these kept happening. Some days were good and some days were terrible.
Then we realised there were many tiny black particles sticking on our rotis that were coming out. When we checked, we found the non-stick plates started to lose their coating and even if you rub a little, the coating particles were easily coming in your hand. As i have heard this is not healthy to eat (not sure how much we have already eaten), we tried to contact the support again for replacing the pans but this time no response at all. It's been 3 months already and still not even a single support representative has spoken to us regarding this.
We finally unplugged it and kept it in the trash area to dispose of it.
A costly machine and giving only 1 year warranty and after that weeks by weeks some problem or the other happening is completely not expected from a 1500 EUR machine. Had i invested that money in some ETF, i would have made profit and also saved myself from stress.
The whole Rotimatic journey had been nothing more of stress and pain. Just sharing this here so that anyone else who is thinking of buying one should think twice if you are ok with all the stress and hassle it brings along. We now have a standard dough mixer and simply cook it the classic way afterwards.

We did not like the product, and now we absolutely dont like the customer service due to it's poor handling of the situation.
I have been doing multiple email exchanges with support on, and every customer service personal game me a scripted response stating they are handing over to someone.
The following are the dates of my contact with you:

• 16 Feb – 11:29, 13:03, 19:54 GMT
• 19 Feb – 10:10 GMT
• 20 Feb – 09:39 GMT
• 21st Feb 5PM GMT scheduled call and no one joined

Despite this, it has now been over 14 days without any further response or return shipping instructions.
I am simply requesting to return the product in line with Rotimatic’s published refund policy. My next step will be if you don’t provide any action for retuning the item in next two days, I’m taking you to UK Consumer Court.
Do not reply to me with the same scripted reply, please, to meet your SLA of response time. I am simply reuqested return shipping instructions.

The product just is so frustrating
The product just is so frustrating. It keeps messing up and dough and we have wasted half our flour bag in just wasted doughs but it’s not able to adjust the settings. There is no way to update the settings yourself and the AI is just useless.
I wouldn’t recommend buying this product until they give us the ability to update settings ourselves. Some of my friends were interested but I have told them not to buy.

We sent our machine back because it had some wiring issue and they were supposed to send us a replacement. After 3 months, they say they don't have a replacement machine and can "upgrade" us for £500 to Rotimatic Next. So they are trying to extort more money out of us instead of giving us the machine we already paid £2000 for!
And once we said no and we want the machine we paid for, there is no response or even reply to our messages. Its been 4-5 months now.
