Bought a green heart-shaped ring, and within 10 months the stone had fallen out. It wasn’t damaged and had only been worn as a dress ring. They were not able to fix it and the warranty had expired after 6 months, so it couldn’t be replaced. Very disappointing as didn’t expect such poor quality. I wouldn’t recommend.
Rosie has stated that I changed my review. I did because she made a comment that the ring was damaged. It wasn’t. The stone fell out. I asked if they could fix it but the response was it wasn’t made in their office. I thought I was buying from a small business, with the item being made in the UK. Maybe not!

The products are appalling in quality. Recommend strongly you don’t buy. I never wore 4 separate items, meant to return as the quality was so poor, stored in their original boxes and dust free, unworn, perfect conditions etc and they all tarnished so badly they are unwearable. Not interested in money back (refunds in time are next to impossible let alone outside warantee period) but more to say don’t waste your money.

Experience was amazing from beginning to end. I purchased the gold heart tennis necklace and the gold heart ring. The jewellery arrived super fast and had great help from customer service to guide me in finding my correct ring size! Amazing will shop again! Thank you ❤️

Local jeweller in Bruntsfield, who specialises in lovely items that are great gifts for others and items for yourself. I have bought many items from this store as the quality of the product alongside the variety of design is fantastic.

I wear a lot of silver jewellery and have bought necklaces, pendants, bracelets earrings and bangles and they are all beautifully made.

The packaging and presentation when buying something for a gift is excellent with items boxed, tied with a ribbon anll placed in a very high quality structured felt bag. It is this attention to detail and quality of product that makes me a repeat customer.

DO NOT, REPEAT, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS REFUSE!! Absolutely appalling, vile, and soooo cheaply made, no doubt probably in a sweatshop in China.

I purchased the cuff rainbow bracelet.Thankfully I did so at the sale price, which at least is a mild consolation.

I wore it twice . The second time the stone fell out and it started to buckle. When I wrote complaining of these facts, I received a patronising, cliched response blaming me.

I was 'told" ( being the operative word, akin to a reprimand) that the cuff should NOT be worn as a bracelet, but that extra care should have been taken in wearing it, as it is NOT an everyday item! That ,the warranty was not within the six months which I had missed. Thus, I should visit a jeweler to have another stone inserted at my expense, as the fault lies with me
To reiterate, I wore this twice and whilst I had purchased it in June 2024, granted I did not wear it until Christmas and New years Eve. These were two special occasions. Obviously as an adult I was aware that this was a delicate piece of jewelry. Hence why I was saving it for "special" events. I ( we) attended mature charity gala dinners NOT overcrowded, rambunctious, noisy nightclubs.
This is why I found the response from the so called customer service, insipid, insulting and condescending. They ( whomever replied) implemented a reversed psychology policy, whereby the victim (me) metamorphosed into the perpetrator. They uilised platitudes, rebuttals and deflected, The onus is with the disingenuous, morally reprehensible Rosie Fortescue and her shoddy, substandard, overpriced jewelry. All of course will never be exposed, nor investigated, because she is well protected financially and legally. So, she will continue to exploit, and swindle so many, naturally for her own gain!
I just read the reply which is abstruse and nonsensical as I wore this cuft over my hand as it should be worn ( as a cuff) and not around my wrist. As it obviously cannot be worn around the wrist it has to be worn as a cuff as per the term cuff. If I had wanted a bracelet I would have purchased a bracelet which is the reason why I purchased it as I wanted to wear it as a cuff! It is beyond me as to why reply keeps stating to me that I wore it as a bracelet. Where they actually there at the scene, as I actually have an image of me wearing it as a cuff too.

To conclude: The cliched, rebuttal deflects from the fact, in order to attempt lay blame upon my shoulders and shirk their responsibility. To reiterate: I wore it twice as a "cuff" but due to its poor quality, substandard material and appalling manufacturing it failed to meet a high standard, as explained. I would at least have hoped for a full refund considering. As far as my being outside of the six months warranty and it's just a matter of days and the reason being is because I only wore it twice on too special occasions without anticipating that I would have a problem with it. To recap : I could understand if I had been out of the 6-month warranty for I lengthy to period but as already stated it was mery a few days I'm considering this was not my fault one would have hoped they might have honored this by refund, as this was not something I envisaged. I purchased in June 2024 and this happened in December. I did not write immediately as it was the holiday period so I thought I would wait until the new year, when business resume to complain. Clearly this was an error on my part and I am suffering the consequences, by being punished for this.

Nice item but...this was bought in the sale It came in a cheap little mesh bag. I would be very disappointed if I had bought this full price and it came in a cheap little bag and no jewellery box. Made it look like it was bought off the market :(

On reading other reviews it states jewellery needs to be kept in original box to avoid damage and for the warranty! Where do I stand if you don't get a box with the item if it breaks? I'm certainly not keeping the huge postage box it was sent in?

Absolutely, never ever buy from them ever, you better are throwing your money down the drain in supporting them! I have never had such a disgusting experience as I’ve had with this jewellery company. I bought an earring as a Christmas present for a friend and it broke. I reached out to the customer service where they told me to return the earrings I made it extremely clear how I did not want a replacement. I would either want a refund or a credit note to buy something different it had been less than 90 days. I was extremely disappointed that it had broken and I didn’t want to have it again after chasing them regarding if my hearing had arrived back, they then told me it was disgusting and filthy, which it was not , and how dare they, as Customer Service say that to their customer, I then replied and said I do not want to replacement without even a hesitation. They then sent a replacement out to my home address when I then followed up with them saying how I did not want to replacement, and they hadn’t listened to what I had written , they said well, you broke the earring so it was a goodwill gesture. I never broke the earring. It was clearly broken. Not only the rudeness of Rosie herself. Sending the emails it was just disgusting and I don’t think any customer should ever be made to feel the way I was made to feel so beware and don’t order! I love supporting small businesses, but after this I would never ever dare to return and I would be better off just buying from Ali express.

Absolutely stunning jewellery . Always arrives well packaged and quickly.also went to a sample sale of theirs in September and got some beautiful one off pieces. Got to meet Rosie the owner as well and she was absolutely lovely and so down to earth

The quality of these products is insane - such beautiful pieces. I’m patiently waiting for items to come back in stock and the rainbow collection to come in other colours because the jewellery is just lovely. Service was great with super speedy delivery!

I have a number of pieces of RFJ, all bought over the last few years. Just contemplating my next piece and came across some trust pilot reviews saying jewellery is bad quality etc. I felt compelled to write this review, as someone who has sold wedding jewellery for a number of years - so understand jewellery well!
All of my RFJ has kept beautifully, no stones fallen out, no tarnishing etc as I have kept it well, in accordance with how they recommend as a brand to keep it.
Jewellery is delicate and needs to be cared for so people need to take the care, if they don’t it can’t be the brand to blame! And bad reviews should not be used as a tool when you are to blame for the damage to your jewellery!
I love all of my pieces, I don’t wear them every day but I do wear them regularly!

I bought a ring and Tennis bracelet from here a while ago and the quality is amazing! I wear them both everyday and always get so much compliments on them! Will definitely get more pieces in the future :)

I bought a bracelet for my birthday as a treat. It was a little while ago but it jogged my memory as I was about to purchase a ring but decided against it after my previous terrible experience.

After a few weeks and only wearing the bracelet once and taking good care, I noticed a few stones had fallen out which made the item look very shabby.

I emailed about a return or exchange but the reply I got I was blamed for damaging the bracelet. Stones should not drop out after one wear and it cost £150! Their emails were quite unhelpful, blunt and abrupt. It would appear from reviews this is quite common and the customer should not be blamed for the questionable quality.

The jewellery is far too expensive and does not match the quality. I’ve never wore the bracelet since and kept it in a box, it has tarnished.

I’ve had other bracelets (different brand not RF) cost half the price that I’ve worn everyday for 6 years they still have stones in and haven’t tarnished!

Disappointing…waste of money and I’d never shop again or recommend!

*update* - I have email trial from you so can’t understand why you can’t find these? *second update* - there was no damage as explained above, seems you repeatedly use any excuse to blame customers for the poor quality of your goods. You should have replaced or refunded back in 2021. I’m posting my review of the shoddy service only now to warn others!
*update 3* the cuff was never worn as a bracelet! You are clearly make things up to suit for any excuse not to refund or replace poor quality items. Shameful.

Ordered a ring yesterday, it arrived today and oh my gosh. It’s absolutely stunning. So beautifully and daintily set, the stones are sparkly and I am absolutely amazed at the quality. Gorgeous packaging too! Couldn’t recommend more and will definitely buy again. Thank you.

My mum bought me a beautiful ring for my birthday however that has been entirely tarnished by the customer service.
After roughly 2 months of having the ring, and wearing it 4 times one of the stones fell out. With the price of the jewellery, of course we emailed about a return or exchange but were not met with an understanding but instead blamed for damaging the ring. This clarifies why their T&C’s are so specific (read them before purchasing) because they obviously have a lot of customers returning items so have the clauses to protect themselves.
They have sent a new item “on this occasion” after we returned the previous but had no shame in blaming me for apparently ‘bending the ring’.
A ring worn 4 times and taken good care of as per the instructions, should NOT break or lose gemstones. Nor should the customer be blamed for damage. The quality of the jewellery is what should be questioned.
Its a shame to say but you should not buy from this business if you want jewellery that lasts, and the assurance of decent customer service should it not.

I bought a Tennis Necklace for a friend for her birthday and the quality is incredible. Might have to buy one for myself now too!

I recently received my RF jewellery & have been beyond impressed with the quality. Totally obsessed with the Watermelon charm hoops. I’ll be a customer for life! 🤍

Received as a gift; looks nice and fashionable but quality is substandard for the price, incl the Gold plating which faded within weeks. Moreover, having read here some reviews, I find the answers extremely unprofessional and putting me off trying to resolve anything frankly. Will not recommend to anyone.

In response to the below: 1) I haven’t rushed (gifted at Christmas as indicated) ; 2) as per quite intuitive consumer journey, I checked online reviews before raising to also see if I was or wasn’t alone in my opinion and check how you dealt with aforementioned issue. 3) and not last, this confirms other reviews I read and my gut feeling of letting it go.
Lastly, given it is bijouterie, although expensive one, I given this more attention than it deserves and received confirmation any consumer service query would end up with a response anchored in bad attitude and no resolution.
Have a nice day, and consider yourself lucky to still be in business which such quality of products AND consumer service.

I’m disappointed with the quality of the jewellery considering the very high price. I wore my ring a couple of times before two stones fell out and there isn’t an option to get them replaced. I can already feel other stones coming loose and the ring is really scratchy/ uncomfortable to wear. These look cool but are definitely not made to last.
