Eve was really helpful and kept me informed about any issues throughout my move in. If you need any help with anything Eve is the one to go to! She’s really funny too lol!

Awful communication with customers, my partner tried getting a flat in the liverpool area spoke to the woman, the flat was for sale and my partner had sent a message in the morning to get the details for the deposit as it was still available and she had been communicating with the woman literally moments before, to then be ignored all day and informed all flats were sold. Disgraceful pick and choosing and i would not recommend using these ever. Do better.

Worst company ever. Left me and 8 other tennants in an electrically charged flood over night with no access to heat or electricity - and continued to BLAME us for calling the fire department- who then told us we could have all died via electrocution - constant mould throughout the home and no employee ever came to sort the issue. THEY LIE about completing jobs and when they are attending. THEY VIOLATE CONTRACT by entering the property unannounced. DO NOT LIVE WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE AND OR QUALITY OF LIFE.

Booked in for a viewing and received email confirmation, ended up waiting outside the property for 30 mins, they were a no show. Office is supposed to be open until 5 pm but when I called up at 4pm the phone lines were turned off.

Overall a very good experience with the agency, they were on it and have a good variety of properties regarding locations, budget and style. Nat, at the agency has been really helpful with recommendations. She really understood what I was looking for and helped me with finding a place. Thanks for all!

I really do like my viewing experience with Nat ,she actually turned up on time and was very helpful with assisting me .she helped with all necessary information needed and I had a very pleasant viewing experience.

Not as advertised-Poor Quality
My daughter moved into a 2 bedroomed flat recently in Liverpool for her 3rd year at uni. After a long journey on moving in day, we were very disappointed with the standard and cleanliness of the accommodation when we arrived. You would at the very least expect the place to be clean on moving in day. Rooms4u advertises itself as providing "Quality Housing-All of our student properties are owned and maintained by us". After having several maintenance queries I have since found out that this particular property is not owned by them. When my daughter viewed the property a few months earlier she was led to believe the property would be professionally cleaned prior to her arrival and would include a TV. On arrival, we were shocked at how dirty the property was. It looked like the previous tenants had given the property a quick clean before they left. The kettle and toaster and oven were filthy. Anything above eye level was thick with dust. There were cupboard doors and plinths hanging off in the kitchen. No curtains or blinds in the lounge. Not the "quality housing" advertised and very disappointed, especially for the high prices students are expected to pay. The worst standard of accommodation my daughter has had whilst at uni. Would not recommend.

I had dealings with Tara recently (I am a tenant guarantor) trying to get rental payments aligned. Communication was first class and all matters were resolved speedily.

I had an online viewing with Natalie and she was clear and impressive. She had so much patience in answering my numerous questions swiftly. Brilliant service!

My experience was great, I had a lady called Natalie who responded very quickly and consistently. I’m applying quite late for housing and she made me feel very confident with a property and after some conversations we organised a Zoom virtual tour meeting where she answered all my questions and helped me understand the layout of the flat virtually. Start to finish very good👌

I had virtual viewing with Natalie and It was easy and she explained everything perfectly. I was able to see the rooms available and the features. I would highly recommend her.
