From the minute I ordered the captains bed with the trundle bed underneath, for my grandson, I was kept informed of when the bed would be delivered. I could track the delivery right up to when it arrived. My grandson LOVES his new bed and can now invite friends for a sleep over. The quality is absolutely first class and it was a great price. Bought a Julian Bowen bed sitter bed for my 11 year old son via internet. Had slight problem with delay in delivery but they were very helpful and upgraded the delivery direct from manufacturer. Bed itself is of very high quality and was considerably cheaper than Tesco. Would definitely recommend.

I have nothing else to add regarding my purchase, would you consider improvement of Trustpilot services to enable submission of any opinion just in one sentence without the necessity of filling blank spaces with required number of words? And that will be easier - as it provides the description of your servces.

I found Rooms4Kids.co.uk quite by accident, while Googling bed suppliers and I'm glad I did. Their prices were the cheapest by far, in comparison with all the UK shops I could find. As always, ordering online with a new supplier, it's a bit of a leap in the dark, but the experience I've had with them has been excellent. Both deliveries were tracked, we were called in advance and delivered bang on time. The sales team at Rooms4Kids.co.uk personally rescheduled a delivery for me when it became clear that we wouldn't be around to sign for it. Andy was extremely helpful and accommodating, making for a 5 star purchase. I'd happily recommend these guys to anyone and I will be doing so.

This is the second time we have bought julian bowen bedroom furniture for our girls room from rooms 4 kids and once again the service, price and quality are second to none.

Would definitely recommend this company. Read a lot of reviews about bed sale websites online, this had great reviews and didn't disappoint.

I mis-read the deliver details on the website and when I emailed for an update I received a friendly call and email explaining how and when I could expect the bed to arrive.

Finally (and most importantly) the bed was fantastic - great product and low price.

Product easy to assemble, & I am by no means a DIY expert. Took a while to put together but it is essentially 4 different pieces of furniture.

Ordered blue Kimbo bed with free mattress and swivel office chair. Notified of delivery by manufacturer and arrived on time as expected. Initially looked a daunting task to assemble flat packs, but comprehensive assembly instructions and good quality fittings supplied made the task straight forward. Comes as cabin bed, 3 drawer unit, desk and drawer unit and end shelf or bookcase unit. Enough space to store everything from clothes to toys and books galore, which is a bonus to get everything in one confined but organised space. My 4 year old grandson loves it. Quality item

Trawled Internet & this price was best. Helpful when I phoned. Efficient delivery. Only problem missing screw which has yet to be sent.

We saw the Wendy Beds at a local retailer and enquired about ordering two for our children. Then we had a look online and found exactly the same bed being sold direct from from the manufacturer at a fraction of the cost. Doing it this way also meant that the beds would arrive much sooner than from the local retailer.
The beds were easy and straight forward to assembly and are well built.
My only disappointment was the odd attitude of the delivery people, but this is out of the control of Rooms4kids.

Would highly recommend these beds for children aged 3 and upwards.

Our boys aged 3 and 6 love them especially the shelves where they put their books and little toys at night time.

Never mind 5 stars this Company deserve at least 10 for their amazing customer service. On 30th March I ordered a Julian Bowen Cameo mid-sleeper bed as a 5th birthday present for my granddaughter. The bed arrived in the expected time frame but when my husband was putting it together there were two nasty scratches on the desk top through the top coating and both front corners were damaged. I rang up and explained and was asked to send photos which I did at 09.17 on 17th April and by 09.53 had an email saying how sorry they were and that it is a rare thing to happen and of course they would replace it immediatelly which is exactly what happened and in no time at all the replacement arrived and bearing in mind it was a bank holiday weekend it was amazing that it arrived so swiftly. It was quickly put together and granddaughter is absolutely over the moon and it was so good to know that some Companies treat their customers with such courtesy and care and send replacements without a single quibble. The staff I dealt with were so polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble, well done to all concerned. A true example of good customer service.

Bought bunkbed and quality mattresses and extremely impressed with the quality. Service and delivery was excellent, arrived whrn stated etc. Bunkbed looks beautiful and my son absolutely loves it. Pleased that it will split into 2 beds if he grows out of idea of the bunkbed too! Happy customer.!

I looked at several companies advertising the wardrobe we wanted. I had some questions and I was able to speak with someone at this company, what a change!
My only comment I had to go back to the net to order! That said, I wanted next day delivery and they pulled out all the stops for me despite being late in the day. Wardrobe arrived 8.30 the following day. Very good service and a very competitive price.

Great mattress and good value

Granddaughter loves this bed. She's 8 so it's perfect for her. Quality really good. A couple of marks on the wood which is why I've given 4 stars. Service from Rooms4kids was excellent - delivered within a week.

The bed arrived on a time and is good quality and easy to assemble. The only thing I had trouble with was screwing the slats to the base. Ordinarily a very easy task, however, the instruction make you assemble the frame then fix the slats, the only problem being is you need a very long screwdriver otherwise if you are like me you can't easily screw the slats in place as the sides of the bed prevent you being able to turn the screwdriver easily! Maybe worth revamping the instruction so you fix the slats before putting the safety bars in place? Otherwise a very good buy
