We have always used Roomes to purchase our home furnishings.
We went to view our next venture into furniture.
met Suki, and subsequently Holly the interior designer and Ricky.
They were all very professional,

Excellent experience today, selected a new sofa suite. Tony was amazing, delighted with the result.

We were today served by a wonderful guy called Tony Neill. He was so professional, unbelievably knowledgeable about the product and left no stone unturned. He answered all queries we had regarding the sofa and the care insurance policy we took out without hesitation leaving us feeling very confident about our purchase. A true gentleman and an absolute pleasure to do business with. He also smelt lovely and was so very smartly dressed !! I should also add that we were all rudely interrupted by a very “entitled” type customer which he dealt with with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Janice and Stephen Barry Thank you

Sales assistant Julia was extremely helpful and very knowledgable and made you feel very welcome

Tony was very helpful, efficient, and patient.

A true pleasure to buy something from a salesperson (Gemma) and get something we really wanted. An "Ellis" Gplan suite for the Ellis family. How strange is that!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Holly Ambrose, Interior Designer at Roomes in Upminster, and we can't recommend her highly enough! From our initial consultation, Holly demonstrated an exceptional understanding of our vision and style - even when we had no idea. Her ability to blend functionality with aesthetic appeal is truly impressive.

Holly transformed three bedrooms, a study, a snug, and a family room, providing creative solutions that maximised our space while ensuring it reflected our personality. She encouraged us to be brave with our colours and choices, even engaging our 12-year-old in designing her room, which made the process even more enjoyable. She was also incredibly diplomatic when my husband and I had different ideas! Her attention to detail is unparalleled, and every suggestion she made was thoughtfully considered. We love the spaces she has created and feel so happy in our new home!

The delivery team and after-sales support were also excellent, ensuring everything arrived on time and was set up perfectly. Communication with Holly was seamless—she kept us informed every step of the way, ensuring we felt confident in our choices. The end result exceeded our expectations; our home feels fresh, inviting, and uniquely ours.

If you’re looking for an interior designer who is not only talented but also genuinely passionate about her work, Holly Ambrose is the one to call. Thank you, Holly, for transforming our spaces into something truly special!

Excellent service very professional and knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Thank you Julia
