Ordered a Snoezelen light source. When opening the item it was damaged and faulty. Rompa have refused to replace or refund on the grounds that we did not contact within 48 hours of delivery. Do not recommend this company.
Re: General customer service / Billowing cushion purchase: Avoid this! (particularly if this is for home use, and you are spending your own money and time on it). We purchased one as part of a larger order on 20 October 2023, which unfortunately got delayed (due to the floods that Rompa experienced - understandable) … the billowing cushion became faulty within under a month of use. We raised a concern/ asked for a replacement at the end of December 2023, and it has taken *6 months* for Rompa to realise there is a general fault with this product and to offer us a refund; and now the refund has not been received within the 2 week period given. I have always been an advocate for Rompa, and been patient with their process, but given our experience of this product, and also customer services, I will sadly be avoiding in the future. It’s a shame because parents of children with SEN really need good, reliable and trustworthy products and services. This product looks like a great idea for vestibular and proprioceptive modulation in principle, but just isn’t fit for purpose.
Ordered a large ball 000032051, got an email saying out of stock so I cancelled it.ordered elsewhere.then a call to say it was being delivered, so couldn't cancel.£10 postage costs (terrible). Wanted to return but has to be in original box so I'm stuck with it.
We LOVE our new sensory room from Rompa. They did an amazing job with the installation, clean up and instructions. They were really patient with the children who wanted to ask questions and were very professional and pleasant to deal with.
Ive bought a lot of equipment from ROMPA over the years, its expensive but with ROMPA you at least know the quality you are getting is high and any problems you have they are very quick to help.
the staff are also extremely helpful when my support staff have had to phone up with random questions about equipment i want to buy and also when i have emailed them, i rate them very highly.
