I am being looked after by Anne-Marie Osbourne who is unfailing polite and communicative.
I am disappointed that some work that needs to be done was not done before the current tenants moved in. Also the recent problem which was known to be the cooker hood was dealt with someone who could not recommend a model with a warranty of more than one year.
I don’t be live these are Anne-Marie’s fault but the organisation in grneral

Tried to renew agreement on a month payment basis but was denied
Vacated property and forced to wait for holding deposit to be repaid
Could never recommend this company

Jon.R was excellent throughout the whole process. Very responsive over email and phone. Explained everything clearly and made the whole rental process extremely straight forward and easy.

Although we decided to on another property Jonathan Randall was exceptional! Incredibly responsive, went above and beyond to have us view the property as early as possible.
