Our contact Chloe from the Caversham office has been fantastic. Super helpful and always responds to emails quickly with all the info we need. The systems and technology Romans use has made the whole application & paperwork process really simple & seamless. When we did have a technical issue at one stage, Chloe went out of her way to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Had a very attentive adviser, Chloe, who made sure we knew at all times what steps to take and what next to expect. She did this in a very professional and at the same time friendly manner. The entire process from viewing the property through signing the contract was very smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended!

Particularly unhelpful when it comes to contract signature. Contract clauses are unclear, often poorly written a'dnd occasionally added (for a renewal) without any rationale and notification.
Communications have also been poor, either borderline harassment (2 SMS in a day) or erratic (not even replying to all when we ask for clarifications with several individuals in copy)

Incredible staff. My property manager Megan Setchell has always gone above and beyond to help resolve any issues I might have and it’s brilliant to see this is not just specific to Megan as Chloe Chikaviro was fantastic when it came out to the checkout process. She has taken out all the stress with her efficiency. I’m gutted to be leaving Romans but unfortunately they don’t cover the area I’m moving to yet, one can only hope soon!
I’d highly recommend renting through Romans and will always choose them where possible.

Jacob and the team in Caversham have delivered a great process on the sale of our property. Found a buyer quickly, managed the process smoothly and delivered a good outcome. I found their communication much better than other agents and they were able to manage around several issues that we had to deal with to get to exchange seemingly with no problem. Managed all interactions with our property manager and kept us up to date throughout. All in all a good experience.

Great letting agent through out, sadly had to leave because our rental has persistent pest issue that the landlord seems no very keen to fix the root cause. But Romans caversham office has been very professional with our case, we finally moved out prior to our contract ends. Chloe and Anais from the letting team are brilliant. They are kind and responsive. We would love to rent again with Romans Caversham in the future.
