Romans - Aldershot Recenzje 

As first time buyers, I can’t recommend Romans any more if I tried. We initially got a call from the team who suggested a house they thought we would love - I didn’t believe them at first! We had been looking for quite some time and we realised we were very fussy buyers.. well Romans completely understood our requirements and went above and beyond to make our journey to buying a house smooth and easy. I can’t thank Dan, Luke and Holly enough for all of their hard work, staying up out of hours to get the job completed, they really went above and beyond for us! So Thankyou very much for everything!

Totally unprofessional. Dire communications. No clue how to treat people. We were in a chain of 4 for a house move and due to this bunch of morons being totally clueless…..it hasn’t happened…..they just don’t give a damn…..don’t know how they are in business…

Romans is absolutely the worst lettings agent I’ve ever ever had the displeasure to deal with.

They've left my tenancy property unmaintained, denied liability for fixing them including heating during winter, charged extortionate fees for cleaning, and followed up with communications months later and charged for poor communications during arbitration. Utterly clueless communications and without a care for tenants in the world.

I've also sold several properties - both with Romans and without high street real-estate agent in the UK myself - don't bother with high street real-estate agents if this lot are anything to go by (their agents will all get paid a flat fee anyway if your house sells for 100k more or less - hence they will all value high, then high pressure to take the 1st offer!).

Instead of thousands of fees for poor service, one can easily save money by using one of many on-line sales agents that charge you literally pennies (Strike is one, there are many similar).

I would strongly recommend anyone considering Romans as their lettings agent to pick another agency due to the shambolic customer service and dreadful after care. I have little doubt it will be a similar experience once you've signed for them as seller, and you will be locked in for month/s.

Avoid at all costs.

Would just like to say how pleased I was with the excellent service provided from the Romans team of Dan, Holly and Sasha. My property got sold in record time and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Special mention also to the team at Melia Mumford, who played their part brilliantly too! Would definitely recommend both companies highly and will use in the future when required.

Dan and the team were fantastic. He went above and beyond to try and keep the process as stress free as possible for us. The team were always extremely responsive and always happy to help. We had offers from every viewing and I have no doubt that was not just the house but also the professional approach the team have in preparing for viewings. Extremely happy with the service and would have no hesitation in recommending Romans Aldershot to family and friends.

Sasha is wonderful, a great help with lots of patience always on hand for questions and providing an answer very quickly.

We were delighted with the service we received at all stages of the purchasing process from the team at Romans. We had just had a house purchase with a different estate agent fall through and felt very disheartened by the whole process. The way we were treated by Romans was a breath of fresh air and we felt in control and well informed at all times.
