Can’t fault the service I received from rouge alloy’s from initial contact to hand over of vehicle after fitting. Hospitality great highly recommend go Rouge .

Appear from review to be good when they get it right, but awful when they get it wrong. Sent out wrong wheels, a decent company would apologise and do all they can to get new set out. They didn't, they didn't return calls, claims sent emails, but didn't, lied on phone and in no hurry to get me the correct wheels, still not sent out 2 days after getting wrong ones back, despite knowing the date of return days before Thankfully I got a refund.

Just a quick note of thanks for supplying a great product. The wheels arrived in pristine condition, looked awesome on the pallet but look even better when I managed to get them fitted to the van!
Thank you for your oversight of my measuring the stud pattern too. Saved a lot of hassle through your questioning attitude.
Would not hesitate to use Rogue Alloys in future!!

5* Company in both purchasing and after sales

Purchased some wheels at the start of the year, where comms were great, keeping us updated on progress as we’re out of stock at time. We were happy to wait as they were the perfect wheels for us! The wheels/Tyres themselves are fantastic and were loving them!
Had a minor issue recently however the after sales is on point and was smoothly resolved without issue

I placed an order over a month ago and never received it. The company was rude in communication, repeatedly gave misleading information, even shared a fake tracking number, and eventually stopped replying to my emails. Full of lies and no customer service. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this company.

These guys are so helpful and approachable.
They made the whole experience a joy .

I ordered my wheels and tyres online on a Saturday afternoon. The following Tuesday they were delivered. I had them fitted at my local Pro-Tyre outlet, without need for balancing. They run sweet and look awesome, cheers to the guys at Rogue Alloys for a fantastic product and 1st rate service.

What an amazing business, brand, staff and customer experience!

Started with Chris replying to a late night email, to within 12 hours of that driving away with a new set of wheels and tyres!

The staff were super friendly, had my little 3 year old lad with me who loves anything with wheels, so he was in his elements! They made us feel really welcome.

We had our wheels installed by Jay and another lad (didn't catch his name), both brilliant, very careful, again, everyone in the workshop embraced my lads, which will definitely be another customer when he comes of age! Maybe sooner if he had his way! Ha ha

I had my wheels fitted today at Rogue Alloy and I couldn't be happier with them. The guys fitting them are knowledgable, polite and happy to engage in conversation. The office staff are so helpful. Everyone has a smile on their face. That speaks volumes about the company. Amazing, first class service. Great effort by all.

Couldn’t be happier, purchased the CC3 alloys. They weren’t in stock at the time but communication from Dustin was spot on and they arrived as expected and an appointment was made to fit my own tyres on at their warehouse.

Love the look and ride is great. Honestly couldn’t have asked for better service at any point of the transaction.

I needed a alloy wheel as a spare. Ordered with roguealloy. great service they called to double check on the wheel i needed as my motorhome is a bit of an odd one. It arrive in good time with advice to double check that it fits. Only issue was the studs on my van are short. they are sending a set for the wheel. Great service.

I purchased a set of wheels with shipping to Northern Ireland. A few months later (with less than 1,000 miles of use), I noticed one of the centre caps had fallen off. I contacted the seller and received a quick response, assuring me he would send a replacement. I provided two delivery addresses – one in Northern Ireland and one in the Republic of Ireland.

However, after two weeks, nothing arrived. I followed up again – the first message was ignored, and on the second day, he replied saying he had shipped one and would send another just in case. I was understanding and assumed it may have been lost in transit.

Another two weeks passed with no delivery. I messaged again to follow up but was ignored for three days. Eventually, I left a negative review due to the poor communication, after which I received a quick response claiming that two replacements had been sent. He also asked if I needed a third one. I clarified that I hadn’t received any and only needed one cap.

At that point, I decided to just order a replacement myself. However, the order was cancelled shortly after I left another review on Facebook, and the seller began messaging me, calling me rude – simply for following up after nearly two months of delays and lack of tracking.

To make things worse, I also discovered that one wheel had a missing bolt and two loose ones. It turns out the centre caps are held on by only two real bolts, while the remaining three are plastic and purely decorative, which is both unsafe and misleading.

The seller also mentioned that his “lifetime warranty” only applies if customers post pictures of their vans with the new wheels online – something that was never mentioned at the time of purchase, nor stated anywhere on the product page.

Kept up to date throughout the process from Ruby & Dustin was brilliant, and so friendly and professional.
The fitting staff were tops as well, so helpful and friendly, they did a great job.
I’m so pleased with my alloys , they do look brilliant.
