First off, the website was so easy to use, it made my experience incredibly pleasant. The jewelry that I order is absolutely beautiful. I had to get earrings for a special occasion and was nervous about buying online, since the special occasion was so soon. I could not have been more pleased with the experience of ordering and receiving Jewelry via RockHer. I have been buying Jewelry from a local Jeweler for years, but after this positive experience, I am certain that I will continue to shop through RockHer and avoid the lines and hassle of traveling to local stores. Living in Canada, the online jewelry purchasing options are limited, which is what initially drew me to RockHer. The quality, experience and quick shipping (internationally) has won me over.

Just had a fantastic experience with RockHer. Really like using 'Rosi' which helped me figure out what type of ring I wanted to get. There were over 19K diamonds in the inventory which was narrowed down according to my specifications. I was able to see how prices changed based on the qualities I wanted and wasn't limited by a retail store's inventory.
I used the chat function and was able to get immediate answers to a few questions. Thanks RockHer for making the process so easy.
