I would like to thank my conveyancing team for their efforts culminating in my recent house sale. During what was a protracted process, Rhianne and Georgina ensured I was kept fully informed throughout. Communication is key in these matters. I will be using their services again.

If you value efficiency, honesty, and professionalism, avoid Robertsons Solicitors at all costs. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and costly, particularly their conveyancing team.

Unacceptable Delays – What should have been a straightforward process was dragged out for months due to their incompetence. Their lack of action cost me thousands of pounds in unnecessary expenses.

Poor Communication & Excuses – I had to constantly chase for updates, and even then, I was met with excuses, misinformation, and outright lies.

Unjustified Fees – Despite being quoted one price, the final bill was inflated with extra charges that had no clear explanation. When questioned, they provided evasive responses.

Lack of Accountability – Even when presented with evidence of their poor handling, they refused to take responsibility, instead shifting the blame elsewhere.

This process has not only been a financial burden but has also caused unnecessary stress to my elderly mother, who was relying on this to be handled properly. I will be escalating my complaint to the Legal Ombudsman and would strongly advise anyone to stay away from Robertsons Solicitors.
