The first planned call, with a recruiter from RW, didn’t toke place, not even an apology.
Agreements weren't kept, i specifically said, I need to sign the contract before the end of the month, then I will resign from my job, in 2 weeks, nothing. Start of the last week of the month, i remind them, last day of the month came, and no contract to be signed!
In the new month they asked me if already had resigned and that my new contract was on the way! I responded, unfortunately not, I am not going to resign, before I have a signed contract, so I can’t start next month at the new company! Apologies, the recruiter was absent, not on me!! That’s that!!
The trust was gone from my side! Then they asked me if I could talk to my boss, if I could leave the company earlier than the 1month mark notice, not possible!
They wouldn’t accept that as an answer, kept on calling me, texting me, all hours of the day, when I was working, even after 20h even! I was really getting annoyed and angry, so today was the bombshell.. I texted, that i was getting annoyed that he was constantly bothering me!
I already told him yesterday that I can't leave earlier, which means I'll no longer be starting at the company !
I thanked him, and said that I was withdrawing myself from our collaboration.
He called me 2x after this again, texted me. Kept on calling texting..
Then I received the following, threatening me.. ‘ this will result in poor references in the market.‘
I replied:
Thank you for the confirmation
You acted unprofessionally. Anyway, not going to argue here.
But fortunately I do have good references, from all the companies I have worked with.
And don’t forget.. as a ‘jober seeker’ I can write a ‘very good review’ about your company, you and the way of doing it.
Just a reminder, don’t threaten with bad references, you don’t know me!!!

They made the mistake of not sending the contract on time,lack of proper communication, and when I backed out, due to the lack of unprofessionally, they can’t accept and say that I am unprofessional!!
First off, never worked for them, so no references needed from this recruiter!!!
Jobseekers, should think twice before joining them!

Gesolliciteerd op een vacature van een functie waar ik al 30 jaar ervaring in heb. Wat ik ten eerste heel vervelend vind, is dat alle communicatie altijd ALLEEN in het Engels is. Onze voertaal is Nederlands. Je reageert op een Nederlandstalige vacature en je ontvangt alle communicatie in het Engels. Ongelooflijk. Waarom de automatisch gegenereerde teksten dan niet in het Nederlands én eronder in het Engels zijn snap ik echt niet. Ik voel me nu een buitenlander in mijn eigen land. Ten tweede werd ik afgewezen zonder enige uitleg. Na een paar mails gestuurd te hebben naar de betreffende recruiter voor de reden, krijg je gewoon géén antwoord. Wat een slecht bedrijf en dit bedrijf zal ik ook nooit meer gaan gebruiken en ook zeker niet aanbevelen. Dit is echt bagger!

Is niet eerlijk of transparant. Ook tijdens een plaatsen via hen een cursus gedaan, maar uiteindelijk moet je wel eerst een document tekenen waarin staat dat je "overige" kosten toch uiteindelijk zelf dient te betalen.

Ook bij uitbetaling van salaris ging het regelmatig mis. Vervolgens werd er door hen en het bedrijf waar ik geplaatst was steeds onderling naar elkaar verwezen, maar op tijd je salaris krijgen hó maar.

Vooraf werd mij medegedeeld dat ik elke week gewoon 40 uren kon noteren, waarvan je mag uitgaan dat als het anders is dat er bij hen ook een alarmbel af zou gaan. Dit deed ik altijd netjes op tijd en toch elke keer weer achter je salaris aan moeten gaan.

Als ze écht professioneel willen zijn in hetgeen wat ze doen, lijkt mij een goede start om er eerst voor te zorgen dat ze ervoor zorgen dat er op tijd salaris wordt uitbetaald en eerlijk blijven over de kosten die je zelf moet maken als ze een "cursus" aanbieden.

De volledig samenwerking ging mis, afspraken niet nagekomen en totaal niet flexibel vanuit hun kant maar verwachten dat wel van jou. Als werkzoekende niet mee samenwerken, maar ook werkgevers moeten eerst maar achter de oren krabben voordat ze met hun in zee gaan denk ik dan.

Vreselijk, in de jaren dat ik op zoek ben geweest naar een baan, werd ik regelmatig benaderd door Robert Walters, dan had je een persoonlijk gesprek op locatie of via de telefoon, veel tijd en energie in gestoken maar dan hoor je nooit meer iets, of je wordt door een collega van de persoon die je laatst gesproken had en weet niet eens dat je al in contact bent geweest met hun.
afgelopen week is het niveau nog dieper gezakt, ik had een telefonisch afspraak afgelopen woensdag om 9.00 geen reactie, dus Donderdag 10.00 voorgesteld, reactie het "staat in mijn agenda" geen telefoontje om 10.00, ik wordt wel om 11.30 gebeld en niet eens een excuus, ik zat in de auto dus snel een nieuwe tijd/dag afgesproken, vandaag om 9.00 het is nu 9.30 nog steeds geen telefoontje.
Dit bedrijf gaat vanaf nu bij mij ook op ghost/block
