Better than Amazon!
First time I have dealt with this company and they are absolutely amazing. Only reason I ordered from here is because they were cheaper for the product I wanted than anywhere else (yes including Amazon!) and the delivery and dispatch speed was actually quicker than Amazon! Excellent communication through email informing of the process from start to end. This one product has won a valuable customer 😁

Easy ordering and speedy delivery - no tracking information though.
Easy ordering and speedy delivery, however there was no delivery / courier tracking information made available so I had no idea when it would arrive (only within the 5 business days stated on the website).

I was very surprised that you did not receive any tracking information. We used Parcel Force to deliver your order and they typically text the customer to let them know when their delivery will arrive and they supply you with a tracking code for their website. I am not sure what went wrong here.

Great service and value for money
Easy to use website and easy way to pay using Amazon account.
Television was very good value for money and arrived within 3 days of order.

I am sorry to hear that there was an error made with your television. We sincerely apologise.
Unfortunately, our delivery carriers have now collected their items for the rest of the week (as it is a Friday and there are no routes on Sunday). We have no way of rectifying this today.
I have listened to the call logs associated with your case, our customer support team member did tell you that if you bought it back to us we would fix this there and then. You said that you could not get this to us, so we gave you a £25 refund as an apology for the inconvenience and you told us you were happy to use the television we delivered until we could collect and exchange it.
Your collection and exchange are set for Tuesday, as discussed on the phone.
They will be in touch with you again shortly.

I purchased a Samsung UE50NU7400 which was advertised at the lowest UK price by over £50 with free delivery. I was a little hesitant as I didn't know the company but the reviews seemed fine so I went with it. Arrived after just 2 days, pristine box which had obviously not been opened before and was not damaged. The TV that arrived was the European version (UE50NU7472) and was finished in silver but it's the same TV in a more expensive finish so I was pleased. Two weeks later and the TV is on the wall and working perfectly. After some initial hesitation I can say that in my case the purchase was seamless and I'll be looking at them again in the future.

Really good service
Really good service, very helpful, product arrived amazingly quickly considering I am in the Channel Islands.
The only minor point is that the product is for export but RLR were not sure how to deduct VAT at source so supplied me with the VAT invoice to follow up. Ideally, the tax should be deducted by the seller.
