RJH are con artists! Steer clear and go to a reputable company, who charge significantly less and who are invested in your success (rather than bleeding you dry financially and destroying your confidence) !!!

The “instructor” if you can call him that was a racist, sexist idiot whose communication was disorganised, confusing and incredibly rude and patronising!

CBT is rushed and instructor too busy on his mobile phone to pay attention to anyone, vaping at every opportunity whilst playing sergeant major and mocking learners.

Honestly, absolute cowboys! Take note of the terrible reviews and don’t make the same mistake that we did!

I will be using BikeSmart moving forwards!

Rjh are full of DIRT HOLES don’t recommend atall just complete CRUD

First of all I would like to say massive thank you for instructors: Nick Macmillan, Graham Cook, Johnatan Hough and John Bilbrough - only these gentleman's believed in me and knew I can ride a bike, I just need some how stop anxious. Thank you, I've done it now, I've PASSED MY MOD2 WITH DIFFERENT SCHOOL and best ever BIKER and INSTRUCTOR help!❤️🏍 He teached me, explained and believed in me!

Now, negative things, my experience was awful. I have registered to do DAS in Wigan site, but ended up in Eccles as school never had lessons or test timed from Wigan in a timely manner (why? As they have more sites,than they have instructors to do the job).
- One of the instructors Shami-Lee comments awful (his girlfriend still can't ride a bike after few attempts) - he is not mindfull at all, don't think what he says (some comments can stick and beat the test anxiety for pupil will be much harder, even he is doing very well on a training pad) Shami-Lee aswell need less eat during the teaching process (is this professional?)and spend more time with students - everyone learn at different speed.
- The facilities in Barton (MOD1 training pad) awful, no toilets, only straight line to learn, nothing similar to test centre. And it is only 3h... Shared with another student.. You have to travel from Eccles to Barton training pad than go back as well.. so you get maximum 1h to learn before your test (Please keep in mind, other schools does training in a test centre three times longer sessions before your actual test, and it is included in you Training package, and It is not more expensive - even cheaper)
- Facilities in Eccles: dirty, cold and no paper/plastics cups in a classroom so you can't have a drink during lunch time. High vis: dirty,broken zips, helmets: dirty and smells.
- Abbie - the call centre manager, never answer phone straight away (she will call you back but never know when), she booked my test but not booked it as she should! She send me a confirmation email for the test but not booked fully with DVLA, same thing she did with another guy in a 2 weeks time! Very little thinking "outside the box at all", I booked my test myself quicker and told her what she need to do next, to make sure I can go to do test as quick as possible.
- The school let people to do the tests even they are not ready, why? As they will fail and come back to do the test. Looks like they have good profit from taking you on the test.

On the end, never ever again I would come back to this school, never recommend them to others. There plenty other schools which support you, understanding and help.

I can highly recommend RJH if you are looking at getting a bike licence, I did the DAS course and with the help of the training pasted my CBT, Mod1 and Mod2 first time.

Thanks to Nick, John and Tony my the 3 trainers for putting me on the right path to passing first time.

I had a brilliant instructor called Tony, who made me comfortable and confident whilst doing my cbt test today. I finished with a result of a pass… Tony is the best!!

What an experience, a big thanks to RJH for the great training. Couldn't be more happier. Thank you James Evens for the training and understanding the little issues. Time to move on and continue my training on the road and get my full license.

Can’t recommend RJH enough. I had never rode a bike before but it was something I always wanted to do. I did my CBT and then straight onto my DAS. Every instructor was amazing and made everything simple and clear to understand. If you’re looking at getting your licence, RJH is the company to use.

Patient instructor guided me through my CBT last year. It’s been a while since then but every time I ride my bike I think of the valuable lessons I learned that day.

So i did my cbt test with shami-lee and he was very patient with me and understanding id give more stars if i could but its not an option 10/10 highly recommend

Took my cbt @ Chorley on 7/2/24 (my 5th cbt) and have to say it’s was the best cbt course I’ve ever attended. The instructor jay was so knowledgeable and just the best instructor I’ve had.

Terrible place do not use at all cost threatening me over my bad experience..
This is not a fake review I trained very poorly in Manchester and failed due to terrible training and poor management off my complaints..
I was threatened in office and told to put my reviews up as my complaints are due to me ..
I trained at another place and passed straight away aftrr seeing proper training..
I tried to sort out my issues but you're lovely son said use reviews so I have moan as much as you like but it's that you wanted bad reviews

Done my CBT today to follow on to my DAS. Shami_lee was my instructor he is absolutely fantastic and a credit to the company his knowledge and advice is second to non such a nice guy and makes you feel relaxed he give clear instructions and recommendations without making you feel that you are doing things wrong. Looking forward to doing the rest on my training and test with the rjh team.

Did a refresh CBT course on the 21/01/24 at RJH Wigan with an instructor called Tony. Tony is an amazing instructor very polite, knowledgeable and professional in his work. I really enjoyed the day was a great experience and I would highly recommend anyone wishing to do there CBT to go with RJH. Once again thank you Tony. 👍

Over the moon with Passing my CBT at RJH Northwich with instructor Jon. As i have not been on a motorcycle for 15+ years was a bit nervous at first. Jon was very patient and an excellent instructor it gave me great confidence to complete the course. Big thanks to RJH & Jon!!

I had the pleasure of RJH’s assistance on my recent DAS course and have no hesitations in recommending their Broad choice of packages and services.
From the offset, they were swift to match times and dates with my needs and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they could supply test and training dates after my incumbent trainer let me down.
The team was knowledgeable and patient and built confidence and relaxed both myself along with other trainees on the modules that I attended.

A special shout out to the 3 Johns who assisted in my eventual passing mod 2, offering words of support and encouragement.
Would recommend without doubt. I visited the Northwich, Eccles and Runcorn sites during my training.

I past my Mod 2 on the 7th of december. I have enjoyed the DAS course. The instructor jonny was brilliant and helped with my confidence alot aspecial with Mod 1 where i was finding it abit trickey in parts. I think john is a really good instructor and very helpful and guide me through the course from start to finish. I would also like to thank the booking team too they managed to fit me when i was free and even offer me an extra lesson which really helped me out loads on passing everything first time. Thank you. Going to miss not having lessons now.

I initially travelled down to RJH Eccles from Scotland as a complete beginner and passed my MOD 2 first time on Wednesday.(Well happy)

cannot talk too highly about my experience, Tony the instructor was firm but fair and i had a great experience and pleased to say passed my CBT.
