Tom quickly put me in touch with Craig, who has been fantastic from start to finish — keeping me fully informed with regular calls and videos throughout the whole process. As my road fund licence renewal has just arrived, I now realise I was misled on car details and price when bought in December 2024. I was assured on more than one occasion that my vehicle would not be over the £40k threshold and I know now that it was due to her negligence that it was and I am having now to pay the additional £400 per year for the foreseeable future. Staff need to know what they are selling and not be flippant when dealing with customers.

This was all dealt with and sorted satisfactorily within a few weeks not NINE months !!

We had briefed Andy on what car we would be looking for in the future (this was a couple of months previous) and he said he'd keep an eye on cars coming in, when the Cupra Ateca came in he gave us a call and organised a visit and test drive. very clear on process and PCP finance etc.

Every thing explained. Test drive and plenty of cars available to look at.

James at Riverside was excellent throughout, initially we weren't ready for a new car but James was patient and gave us options including test driving different models, we put it on hold and James came back to us when new offers came around. We were offered a great deal and James helped with every step of the part ex, finance, options for additional packages and we drove away very happy with the choice we had made and the deal we had in place. Follow up is also excellent. Highly recommend
