Un asco este hotel es inseguro, te roban tus pertenencias aun estando en la caja de seguridad y no se hacen responsables.
This hotel is disgusting, it's unsafe. They steal your belongings even if they're in the safe, and they don't take responsibility.

Riu Playacar - Wirklich ein sehr schönes Hotel aber…

Wirklich ein sehr schönes Hotel. Gastro ist super, Zimmer sehr sauber und sehr ordentlich. Der Strand ist traumhaft. Nicht besonders gefällt mir das Entertainment das abends geboten wird, da wäre weniger wahrscheinlich mehr. Komplett nur an Mittelamerika ausgerichtet und spanischsprachigen Ländern. Max. noch bisschen USA. Der Rest der Welt interessiert hier anscheinend überhaupt nicht und die Akustik bei den Abendveranstaltungen ist nicht besonders gut.

RIU Class website appalling to deal with

Just booked my third holiday at an RIU hotel. Just checked my RIU account and only one of my previous bookings is shown, and not my new one. Their website is absolutely appalling to deal with. It took me hours just to sort out the app and get my password. It continually refused to recognise the same email address I've been using for 10 years. I was unable to update my passport information. When you try to edit it just ask you a fill in a form to send off to RIU. The virtual assistant is totally and utterly useless after 20 minutes of it answering total nonsense, I decided to try really easy entry. I put "update passport on my profile." It responded by asking me for an address of the hotel I wanted to book accommodation in. TBH I will never knowingly book an RIU hotel if I have a suitable alternative in future because not being able to deal with something so simple like this is so incredibly irritating.

Asco de hotel

Asco de hotel, son unas ratas ladronas...

Roban y no 5$ roban cantidades exageradas de las billeteras de los huéspedes, roban tarjetas de débito y de crédito, las habitaciones tienen balcones raros que no puedes salir Pero de repente llega gente desconocida desde el balcón a ver hacia dentro de la habitación, la gente del hotel es abusiva y burlona, la policía no colabora, son unas ratas asquerosas,si no devuelven cada centavo robado nos vamos a encargar de hundir su asquerosidad de hotel
