Excellent help from male when I called o800 number to explain that I couldn't sign form online, or attach DLs due to remoteness of where we live. He took ownership and process was really easy, great service from all thank you so much.

Staff were friendly but quoted a price and by the time he put all our details in the price had gone up.

Fantastic to deal with!
Was really easy to book last minute when our car broke down over Christmas. The customer service was next level. Such an easy process only took 2mins to collect keys as I was able to pre upload my license ect online! And I needed to return the car on Boxing Day they were closed but it was simple as dropping the keys in the key box at their door! Deposit was processed the next day which with other companies usually takes up to 5days! If i need another car rental I’ll definitely be going with these guys! & recommend them to my friends n family. Thank you rite price rentals for saving our Christmas!

The person we were dealing with was very helpfull
The person we were dealing with had no cars of the size we wanted. He mentioned that a car was being returned today around lunchtime instead another car arrived back and he rang me for confirmation and if ok time to pickup. He cleaned car before we picked up

Didn’t charge for an extra day when returned first thing the next morning. Great communication ahead of time and simple process on the day. We got the vehicle we booked and it was fit for purpose.
