I love this place. Great pool tables, spacious an the staff members Nick and Nathan deliver a very fast and enjoyable customer service.

So easy to join and the first year is free.
Play pool, have a drink and a pizza for £12.50 and you’ve got 2 hours. Love it.
The manager at Solihull is helpful and friendly.
The pizza is amazing.
l would recommend giving it a try.

Had a great experience at this venue in May 2022... was here for a stag party, the bar staff Erica and Diane were extremely friendly, happy and professional even though a member of staff down and under pressure from a 25+ strong party... excellent well done , would definately visit again

Really enjoy my time at Riley's in Coventry.
New cues and new cloth on snooker tables.
Place really looked after and big shout out to the manager.
5 stars all day long.

Booked a table at chorlton online and paid for 2 hours of play, when arrived by taxi we were told we couldn't be let in as there was 3 of us. There was no warning of this on the website and what the current rules are due to the current situation. I asked about a refund to which I was told to just get in touch with head office. No help with a number or email address.

Number 1 Sports Bar

Me and my mate go to the Solihull branch now, as we are both members there, we used to go to Worcester Rileys, but sadly it was shut down due to Covid 19. Overall the staff are excellent, polite and helpful. The food is a tad expensive, but very good, likewise the drinks. We enjoy playing Darts, Pool, (English 8 Ball and American) and Snooker, but mainly Snooker as we enjoy it the most, plus I like seeing the Football on the Big Screens, shame there's no Horse Racing as I love it, but people have different opinions than me, plus Football is a much popular sport. I also found Rileys extremely helpful because they were able to re-tip my snooker cue as the tip fell off after I accidentally dropped my cue during a match, it only costed £3 to fit a new tip and the service was very quick, the price may have gone up because it happened 2 years ago. If you want to become a member at Rileys, you should because its only £5 a year and you'll get a card to use every time you go, when your card expires, you only need to pay another £5.

I would definitely recommend going to a Rileys Sports Bar near you for an entertaining day or night out, unless you want to become the future Phil Taylor in Darts or Efren Reyes in Pool, or maybe Ronnie 'The Rocket' O'Sullivan in Snooker. :)

Raucous and badly trained staff. Toilets awash with water, and staff too busy playing cards to serve. Would not recommend at all

Iv been going to the chorlton branch for years was a five star experience before the owner changed n went downhill

Me and my fiancée frequent Riley’s in Lincoln to play pool and darts, we really like the place, staff are always friendly, place is always clean and tidy and the pool tables and dart boards are all in good condition.
My only negative would be some of the people you get in there at the weekend, it’s not the fault of Riley’s but some people just need to be asked to leave, loud, drunk and some of them just ask for trouble.

All in all though still a great place.

It is what it is. Decent prices, nice atmosphere and they have the footy on so can't complain!

Organised a pool tournament as part of a stag do, Rileys in Bristol were more than happy to help. Booked us several tables (6 people per table) for free as long as we were drinking! Fine with us being in fancy dress and let us use the tables for an hour longer than we originally booked for! Awesome!
