Iain was great from the start. Prompt reply to my initial enquiry, informative follow-up meeting after which we provided some documentation, and although my wife and I have only been resident in the UK for less than 2 years on a work visa (14 months), Iain helped get us get a Decision In Principle after a few days, and an approved mortgage not long after. Knowledgeable, professional, and did all the heavy lifting for us.
