I ordered the wrong size laptop bag - which was my own fault. I then ordered a smaller one because I loved it and sent back the bigger one on a Friday. On the Saturday I had a lovely email from Sarah saying she'd received my bag and had refunded me and sent out my new bag. I got into work on the Monday to find my new bag already here! WOW, amazing customer service, and really personable.

Not only do the products look funky and awesome on the website, they are even nicer when you receive them in person and don't expect to wait my items were with me within 48hrs of ordering (at a weekend)

The bag is really nice. Good insides, looks expensive. Lots of pockets for phone, keys, etc and a zip pocket. Good handles, can wear on shoulder.

Good service, fast and reliable BUT not very happy with the bag which doesn't look like it will last long. No room for the cable, plug, transformer, mouse, etc. even though I only have a 13" laptop and it is a 16" bag. Fixing for the strap looks a bit worn already and it is only 3 weeks, will it break?

Informative website...one of the few that gives the internal dimensions of laptop bags. I have a 11.6" laptop but all the 12-13" bags were much too big. Bought a 10" cover from rightbags because they gave the internal dimensions and it fits like a glove! Kept updated of order progress and bag arrived on promptly. All good.

I recently purchased the Knomo Avignon Extra Slim Brief 13″, black, from Right Bag. I had been looking for this particular Laptop Case for a while and found that Right Bag had this not only in stock, but at a lower price to all of the other stores I had looked at.

The tufflove kindle case is an excellent quality piece of kit. Although it is not leather, it has reall good feel and is soft yet tough. It holds the kindle securely and is just the right size for both my husband's and my hands.
