Ordered evening one day, next day shipped and day after delivered.And i live in Ireland. WOW!!!

Decent Experience
There was free next day delivery which was great, unfortunately I did not receive this as they thought my delivery address was the same as my billing address, this was clearly stated when I signed up. They emailed asking if it would be ok if they delivered the order to the billing address, I emailed back saying it wasn't and didn't hear from them within a couple hours. I phoned them to check what was going on , they said they hadn't received the email and in the end my order came 2 days after. Product was fine.

£110 parcel just left outside my house without being signed for!
I was happy about the service I received online however I was deeply shocked and upset that my parcel worth £110 was just left outside of my front door on view to everyone, leaving it open to be stolen.
I could not believe that this had happened and I was very fortunate that it was still there!

Hi Hannah, we are sorry to hear that your item was left on your front door step. We use DPD as our courier service as it is tracked and signed for service. We even go to the extent of adding to each dispatch docket 'do not leave with a neighbour'. The only reason I think DPD would do this is due to the lead up for Christmas, however this is no excuse. We have contacted our DPD account manager to ensure this doesn't happen again. Please accept our apology for this.

I've ordered fromRichmond Classics on a number of occasions and their attention to customer service from the point of ordering until the delivery of the goods cannot be faulted. Friendly, helpful communications and fantastics products. The T shirts are first class and my fashion conscious grandkids love them.
