Excellent service on the phone (I had some difficulty with the web sit). The turntable arrived the next day & is fantastic.

Having had a bad experience with Richer sounds many years ago with an in store salesman using what I consider dishonest sales tactics, it had put me off buying anything else from them since. However, as they had a competitive price on the TV I was interested in, I decided to give them another try and I ordered the TV from them. I am pleased to say that all went very smoothly, right from placing the order through to the delivery. The price of the TV was reduced the day after I ordered it, after I contacted them they honoured the reduced price and refunded the difference, so I was also obviously pleased with this outcome.

Always a pleasurable experience shopping with RS. They website is easy to use and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Ordered products over the phone. They were very friendly and answered my questions clearly and helpfully. I have never been disappointed by RS customer care, expertise and product choice (and fair prices).

It was very easy to call up, get advice and order our new tv. We got a 6 year guarantee which is fabulous. The gentleman was very helpful. A well established company who we have used before and will use again in the future. Competitive pricing and will price match if necessary.

when I spoke to the telesales person to buy my CD player, amplifier, speakers and turntable, I was not advised that I would also need to purchase a speaker cable. This resulted in a delay in being able to use the items purchased. The people I spoke to were very polite and knowledgable.

amazing offer. Great customer service. Nothing is ever too much trouble with these guys. You know when you go into a typical high street store and say to the staff "Can you tell me about this product please?" and they lean forward slightly to read off the label below the item? Richer Sound don't do that. They know everything about everything they sell. You know when you go into a typical high street store and say "I bought this thing, then I did this thing to it, something happened and now I need you to help me fix the problem I've caused" and they say "Sorry, nothing we can do, you'll have to write to the manufacturer"? Richer Sound don't do that. They say "Yes, thats absolutely not a problem. Let me fix that for you" The way you want to be treated as a customer, that's how Richer Sounds treats you as a customer. If I ever need to buy anything for home entertainment, Richer Sounds is the first, and usually the last, place I go.

It's just a really easy process. I ordered a couple of items - one direct and one via the tele sales team. I needed to collect from my location store rather than home delivery. Vic sorted it all out and it went like clockwork - The speakers are great too !!

It didn’t take long to get a reply to my email and when I did I was met with understanding. I had originally ordered a product from richersounds.it and had it cancelled as I wasn’t in Ireland but their price was much better than in the uk. I was offered a discount that brought the price closer which meant I could still afford to go ahead with my purchase. Very pleased.

Excellent service as always - we have been customers for over 30 years. Great advice, excellent selection of products and keen pricing (special thanks to Vik). Also unlike many vendors, the 6 year guarantee is actually worth the paper it is written on - we just had a more than satisfactory and prompt service after one of our TVs developed a fault after 5 years. Throughly recommended.

Just bought a new TV which Richer Sounds were happy to price match when I told them where I'd seen a lower price, Friendly staff, no weird bots answering the phone, such a nice change! Delivery quoted as a couple of days but it arrived the following morning which surprised me as I live in rural Scotland. Outstanding service and delivery.

I’ve been a huge fan of Richer Sounds for many years and I love their prices and range of brands from affordable to high end.
It seems that, like many places nowadays, not everything is in stock and some items have to be back ordered from the suppliers.
Whilst this may not be ideal, it seems to be more common and I guess stores don’t have the extra expense of holding items in stock that may not sell for a while so I do understand.

That being said, having paid for my order (that in itself was tricky as the link I was sent didn’t work and took 3 goes to go through) now I’ve been told that my item would be with the supplier on the 4th March and sent out straight away. I have had no communication from the supplier and I was due an update from RS today which didn’t arrive.

Would’ve been 5 stars but a slightly impersonal and confusing order process means I can only give 4.

Very good efficient friendly Telesales guy and super fast delivery.
Will be using Richer Sounds again!
