Staff were great and handled the sale very well, and my radio arrived the next morning!

RICHER's replaced my malfunctioning LG OLED C3 after TV engineer cancelled the afternoon before he was meant to turn up. They replaced the G3 model with the C5. I impressed by RICHER's customer service. Once the exchange was agreed the G5 TV was despatched very quickly. This was all done under the 6 year guarantee. After discussing my options I received excellent advice which was very professional and no pressure.

Placed an order over the internet and was looking for delivery. By accident I booked click and collect. The Solihull branch were able to correct y mistake and arraged delivery. Excellent support.

Our Sony TV failed after 5 years and 2 months BUT we had bought it from Richer Sounds with an extra years free guarantee (6 years). Richer Sounds reacted quickly to check out the problem (TV beyond economical repair) and made us a fair offer to recompense us. Markus was so welcoming and interested in hearing exactly what we were looking for in a new set of speakers He made some great suggestions and explained how each set of speakers might meet our requirements. He then set us up to listen to as much as we wanted. He was attentive without being pushy. Nothing was too much trouble for him, we didn’t feel rushed despite us arriving near to closing time. Would definitely come back to the Solihull branch based on this experience
