I went into the Solihull store and asked the staff for advice on choosing the best TV for a given budget.
The advice was great (even though I changed my mind on budget and screen size halfway through) and I'm very happy with my choice (CelloQ50UK9000)
Free delivery took 2 just days, the TV is superb and there's a 7-year warranty to boot. Awesome

I had identified the Meze 105AER as a pair of headphones that I may buy. When I saw the price reduction, I decided to buy them. I have not been disappointed, they sound as good as I hoped.

Really easy to deal with, nice guy on the phone, very knowledgeable and helpful.

We came in to Richer sounds this evening looking to order a TV. We did come in a little bit later on in the day and we wanted finance. Another staff member explained that finance would take a few hours and as they were closing soon, we wouldn't be able to take deposits and move forward. Sam was lovely and explained that they close at 5pm and that we still had around 10 minutes. A few minutes later our finance was approved and Sam waited patiently and took us through all the rest to confirm our finance agreement take our deposit. Sam was INCREDIBLY patient and helped us through the whole process. Thank you Sam for staying behind after your finishing time and helping us to secure our incredible new TV.

Fabulous from going into the Shop staff were exceptional, very helpful and polite, delivery men, contacted us to let us know they will be with us in half an hour from start to delivery really pleased with the service that was provided

Order was placed late on a Friday afternoon and I was very impressed by being told it was out for delivery on the Monday. Unfortunately the courier couldn't find the address (not an easy task), however, Richer Sounds were in contact very quickly and took further details and a map. Delivery was successfully made the next day.

Richer Sounds Solihull, what a great experience we had purchasing our equipment. We didn't know too much about how things worked concerning amplifiers, speakers and turntables. Marcus showed us the way. Nothing was too much trouble for him, even calling him from home with questions about our stuff, he was there. The equipment we bought from Richer Sounds was better than anything we had bought in the past. Great looking sleek speakers with a fantastic sound and great bass. All in all....fantastic. As ever, brilliant advice and product range at a decent price. Everything promised happened. This is the fourth time we've used Richer in Solihull - a TV this time, but previously had a Set Top Box, Sound Bar and CD player/radio.

Have had an extremely positive experience several times at the Solihull branch. Stuart went out of his way to help us choose the right products, and accommodate our budget. We were able to test some products before purchasing despite visiting near the end of the day and overall, the team were exceptional. Would highly recommend.

On Friday 15th May 2026 my wife and I visited the Richer Sounds Solihull store with the specific intention of purchasing a new hi-fi system for our cherished vinyl collection. I have been collecting vinyl since 1978 and have just sold my old Kenwood system. Having carried out the usual on-line research, Richer Sounds looked like the ideal place to get advice and have access to a wide range of equipment.
We spent what can only be described as a wonderful couple of hours being looked after by Marcus at the Solihull store. From the outset Marcus was patient, understanding, extremely professional and took customer service to a new level. After vaguely explaining what we were looking for, Marcus carefully curated a system that exactly met our needs. He set up the speakers for us in the experience room and took us through each component carefully, explaining in detail what they did and how to get the best vinyl experience. He also took future-proofing into account for us.
What an amazing young man you have in the business. I cannot thank Marcus and the other friendly staff in the Solihull store enough for their care of us.
We have spoken highly of the experience to friends and family since and how much fun we had choosing our new system. We cannot wait for it to arrive in the coming days.
