Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The last of the units I was interested in was in Stockport, they ordered it for me, it was ready to collect 2 days later

Well Ive got to hand it to them, they answer the phone every time I call, in this day and age that is remarkable, I purchased a screen and projector that was not cheap, well for me anyway, and Connor was very patient while I made my mind up, he also showed great interest in my needs and preferences, I must admit when you get in to the world of projection lens shifting, aspect ratios, throw distences, etc, then this is where Richer sounds staff are there to help, Connor could not have been any more invested in my purchase and his expertise was second to none, Ive recieved my screen last week which arrived the next day of me ordering, and Im awaiting the projector arriving soon. Well done Richer sounds I feel you have really taken care of me.

Dave and Stuart at your Sheffield branch were very helpful last year when I purchased some new hi-fi equipment.
Obviously when I decided I'd like a new TV last week, richer sounds were my first port of call..
I phone the Sheffield branch and spoke with Stuart, who was extremely helpful.
My new LG 77 G6 is on order and I hope to receive it at the beginning of July.

The staff were friendly helping me pick the right oled tv with this tv great a price of there was a soundbar with this tv i mean want more can you ask for. Delivery was more of the same friendly and trust them in my home.

Found the advertised item online and e-mailed the store, got an instant reply and the rest of the process was a breeze.
They had the equipment set up for the next day, to go and listen to it before purchase, which was superb and they had it in stock to purchase immediately. I could have sourced it from elsewhere ( Amazon etc ) at the same price , but not get anywhere near the same level of service, so well done Olli and the team ..... If only other businesses offered the same level of service, the world would be a better and less stressful place.
This company is the benchmark others should aspire to.

The staff were helpful in discussing different TV models and confirmed our own research into what type to buy. They provided helpful information about TV and satellite dish installers. The TV we ordered was delivered very quickly, within two days.

From the moment we entered the shop the customer service was excellent. We explained what we wanted and was delt with straight away. No nonsense polite and knowledgeable. Delivery. Was spot on, no complaints at all.

My only gripe which I have written to them about is that the free delivery in 3-5 working days does not allow the customer to indicate a time when they know they will be out (I am not suggesting it allows you to game the system to get the time you want). What happens is the delivery company notify you of the delivery time and you have to go back to them and re-arrange wasting everyone's time. It would be far better if at the outset everyone knew that Monday morning was not an option for delivery. I understand I am not alone in saying this and it is a shame that the management do not look at how they could improve this. It is not rocket science and I am sure would be of just as much benefit to their delivery companies as it would to their customers.
I should add that in my case there was no problem for me as the delivery company did not allocate me a time on the Monday morning when I knew I was not available

I should add that I have been twice asked to review and the first one I thought was about the deliver company and this one was about the Richer experience of buying a TV and hence the duplication

I was able to chat directly with one of the RS guys who spent some time ensuring the item was still available. It was dispatched by him there and then.

Knowledgeable young chap knew his product, was polite and helpful. Recommended.
