I purchased a Cambridge music streamer. I'm not very tech and staff explained all I needed to know to get me started. I was given advise on other streamers too before I made my choice. Unlike other well known stores I've shopped in Richer Sounds staff are so knowledgeable about all their products and not pushy. After sales service was amazing too and if I had any problems installing my equipment I was offered staff to come to my home and set it up. I recommend anyone to shop at Richer Sounds before any other store.

Fantastic service from the team at Romford. At home, I initially decided to go for the Samsung S90F or Sony Bravia 7 II or possibly a LG G4. I currently have a 65” Samsung KS8000 which has served well for 10yrs but issues now with screen highlights. But I wanted to check the designs and picture quality first so went along to RS. Having these TV’s on display, I had opportunity to compare them all side ny side. I decided I would got for the LG G4 but it was discontinued. They advised on the newer better LG G5 model. I wasn’t sure so went home to research further, and then decided I would go for it although it was priced £1949.00 - the others were around £1500-1600. I checked for best prices online but found this was the cheapest price AND it included a £699.00 sound system bundled together. Now I didn’t need it because already have a better Samsung sound system. But it was still the cheapest available price.

Ordered by telephone on Friday and had it delivered on Saturday midday. Efficiently delivered. Up on my wall with the included LG flush bracket within a couple of hours. Honestly, the picture quality on this beauty gob-smacking. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a 65” Oled TV in this price range.

My brother-in-law is also a happy bunny because I gifted him the sound system free of charge.

As usual, the staff are always helpful and even told me I could return my eqrbuds if they didn't live up to expectations. I wasn't expecting that given they would be "used" at that point.
And they also like a general chat too.

Firstly, excellent and competitive pricing and a reputation for customer service brought me to Richer Sounds. I was not disappointed. The product I bought was cheaper here than elsewhere by some margin and the delivery service was first rate. Really pleased with the item, which is now on the wall and looking great.

I went to Richer Sounds Romford to purchase a pair of headphones. My old ones, a pair of AKG Y50 had finally had their day after many years of service. The truth is I was allowed a decent amount of time to try out a selection of stock headphones. I laid my money down on a pair of Sennheiser Momentum 5. However when I tested those in DAC mode at home it became quickly apparent they were not for me. In truth I had tried recently before that an expensive pair of headphones while I was passing by the Tunbridge Wells branch and the testing at my local branch in Romford was about simple economies. Could I get a cheaper pair with the sound I wanted. The answer was I could to a degree, but I had been utterly spoilt by the expensive ones and it was those headphones I returned to Romford branch to buy. I now own a pair of Focal Bathys MG and I do not regret a single penny of the cost. The shopping experience at Richer Sounds is always excellent no matter what branch I walk into and as for the Focal Bathys MG headphones they are just sublime…. Many thanks.

The radio was delivered to the very local shop. We were informed of it's delivery by personal phone call from the staff at the shop and collected later that day. Collection was straight forward and friendly.

Good phone advice over condition of open box item and alternative of buying the same item new at a much lower price than on the website. Also a £10 discount on another item
