A fantastic experience from start to finish, what a great company to shop with, the staff are a real pleasure to deal with, very knowledgable and seemed genuinely interested in what I was looking for.

The product is great, and the price was right. I had a small issue with delivery, but this was resolved superbly by Richer Sounds support, who couldn't have been more helpful. The reason you should shop with Richer Sounds rather than other online mega-retailers. Thank you, see you again.

Richer Sounds are my “Go To” retailer for quality hi-fi components. In truth, I often check products and prices with other retailers but, I’ve found Richer Sounds are rarely beaten. The VIP club membership is a real bonus, often providing great discounts on super quality products which I always research first with What Hi-Fi etc to get the best reviews before buying. Staff are always friendly and responsive to questions and the pick up or delivery service are always excellent. I just wish Richer Sounds would expand into Spain as choice is limited there and like for like products are always much more expensive. Several times I’ve bought equipment from Richer Sounds in the UK and taken it to Spain. So come on guys…a massive expat community is waiting !! Keep up the excellent pricing, product choice and service.

Absolutely amazing. I went into their Preston shop and chewed the guys ear off for an hour. I left with an order for the product that suited my needs the best, not the most expensive product they could palm off on me. Maximum effort and maximum trust has been build. A great experience except from Furdeco who delivered my item. I wouldn’t pay them in washers. Time to step up and improve. I will collect my item in store before using those muppets again.

We received great customer service to replace a purchase which had developed a fault. (Just unlucky as the product is superb, but rare issues are always going to occur with any product).
Great customer service matters so much when an issue is encountered, and Richer Sounds came through with gold standard service, making sure we were fully satisfied as customers.
That's why we will definitely return to Richer Sounds for our next audio purchases.

It is good company the Preston branch was very good at solving problems.

Called in when passing the shop. I was contemplating a new sound bar as our very old Yamaha had been damaged during a house move. The guy in the store was really helpful and gave a demo, which resulted in a sale. Really friendly and knowledgeable about what I needed, which was more than I knew myself! A much better experience than buying on line.

Howie and the team at Preston have just had some more money from me - haha!

Always a great service, assistance and advice…nothing is too much trouble to help you meet your AV needs - whether it’s buying hifi equipment, getting a DAB radio as a Christmas gift for someone, or getting a portable blue tooth speaker for my business use - all of which I have done.

Keep up the good work - a fantastic customer experience which is so key when you could just buy this same “stuff” online for a comparable price.

Bought a TV online to be picked up from my local shop, everything on line was smooth and easy to navigate, the two gentlemen who attended to me at the shop were very friendly and polite. They got me sorted within 5 mins all done and dusted. Overall extremely satisfied with my experience .

Good staff giving excellent advice for a small hifi system. Ordering online was easy and delivery swift.

Everything easily done, ordering and collection and paying. I did my order on the phone and was helpfully guided right through to placing the order.

It's been a while since I went to the Preston Richer Sounds store, glad I did. The service I received from James was fantastic, got an amazing deal on a TV and Soundbar. Sometimes you just need that face to face contact speaking with the people that know so much about TV and Audio. A big Thankyou.

I was thinking of making the jump to an OLED TV and have typically bought my big AV purchases through Richer Sounds. Visited the Preston store for a demo, asked questions and got helpful advice. Very happy with purchase (LG 55” C model) and free soundbar and delivery thrown in.
