In store visit to get advice about the options for my budget. Dale answered all my questions and I ordered in store. The TV arrived in 3 working days and the delivery crew were excellent. Can't fault the overall service from Richer Sounds

Staff who are very knowlegable about the product range. They were supporting me making a choice of speakers (which is very subjective), rather than pushing a particular product.
They were happy for me to have a second visit to listen to the speakers, before purchasing. Therefore I was confident that I had made the right choice. Which has proved to be the case since I've had them at home

Helpful phonecall to the Newcastle upon Tyne branch and I received a £10 incentive discount on my Soundbar purchase. I felt the service on the phone was good and I was told it should be delivered within two days. It sadly took 5 days to arrive which although frustrating was not a big problem. I've shopped with RS before and will do again as they're staff are knowledgeable and the service is usually very good too.

I've bought several audio products from Richer Sounds and what always set them apart is the staff in store who are really knowledgable and helpful. On this occasion i was returning some earbuds which had a faulty charging case. No problems at all. Looked up my original purchase on their system, saw that it was within the year warranty and replacement provided. Really great experience. Many thanks

The fact that we could see all three manufacturer variations on our chosen item, (we chose a Samsung Frame TV) along with reasonable and easy to follow advice, gave us confidence in our end result.

Yes it wasn't cheap but by no means the dearest option we could have made.

We needed some advice on a new music system as we didn’t have a clue. So glad we popped into richer sounds and found Colin. He was so polite, honest and helpful. Set everything up for us to see and listen and answered all our questions. I could have easily listened to his knowledge and passion for music all afternoon. He sorted everything out for us and phoned me a couple of days later to check everything was ok and if I needed a hand with anything. I can’t remember such service from any shop like that for a long time. A brilliant shopping experience. Well done Colin and thank you mate 👏👏

great response when contact first made by telephone, service on arrival at shop was very personable and helpful. unlike other shops it wasnt frowned upon when i took the cheap option rather than the 4figure one as i felt it would suit my needs better

Wet, miserable, rainy February day and staff gave me free brolly. Was picking up set of headphones I had ordered online. I could have had them delivered to my home but I think it's better to pick up smaller/medium sized items from the store as the more people going into the store the better chance it has of staying open. Some of the staff have worked there for decades. Support your local store if possible.
